Everything has been wonderful so far...Ive only been here for 1month so may be too early too tell. The residents that I have come across have been friendly. The leasing agents have been very friendly and responsive to my concerns. Love the location being that we are in the Noda. My neighbors on my floor are pretty quiet too....definitely a plus!

The office is always empty, it's almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to help you out. This place seems like it would be wonderful but once you live here longer than a month you will regret it.

I've been a resident if The Collective since Day 1 of move in. So far has been the best place I've lived and I love it. The staff, the community, spaces, pool, THE BARBELL in our fitness room plus and all the rest of the equipment of course. This is a great, very convenient spot, and it will only continue to get better due to its awesome location.
The Collective is an awesome community! Everyone on staff is so friendly regardless of their area of work.

The Collective is in a very good location. There is a brewery, nail salon, and Rhino's Market & Deli just outside the apartment. If you walk 5 minutes up on North Davidson Street towards the city, there are a couple of bars and a Vietnamese restaurant. It is also a 10-minute walk to the heart of the NoDa restaurants and bars. Great resident events too.

I love the location and the studio apartment is well laid out and feels spacious and beautifully designed. Due to Covid I have not been able to enjoy the amenities, and there are some delays with management response (probably also due to Covid). There are often technological issues with the entry, mail, and elevator but overall I do love my new place.

What a beautiful and amazing place to live . It’s so brand new and clean and amazing that you can actually smell it. It’s a must place to get apartment at, from the amazingly beautiful decorations and amenities . As a flight attendant I’ve seen a lots of places in the world but this place is the most beautiful it’s like stepping into Amsterdam , Paris , Barcelona , Greece , boutique special five star hotel . Just amazing so beautiful ??. Now let’s talk how friendly and going above and beyond for every resident property manager , Alicia is amazing so helpful, so friendly whatever you need she takes care of it immediately. She does such a amazing job that by the time you walk back to your apartment everything is taken care of . Alivia makes you feel so comfortable and so caring about each person that walks to her office I haven’t seen anyone going above and beyond like Alicia in a long time . You got to see this place and interact with Alicia. Trust me I’m a hard person to pleased but this apartment and everything and everyone blows my mind how amazing it is . Why is it excellent? The staff - Jostlyn, Brittany, Julio, are so willing to.make this place you want to call home for years to come. Events - who comes up with this stuff, when people hear what events are being offered to us residents, they contemplate breaking v their lease to move here.
