Property Ratings at The Club at Lac de Ville
1. Little to no maintenance performed. Water stained carpets, trash everywhere, light fixtures broken for YEARS without being replaced. 2. Property management is rude, condescending, and incompetent. 3. Zero sign of improvement. To my understanding, the property looked amazing under the care of the previous owners. The new management is letting it turn into a slum.
I wanted to thank the Club for such a wonderful place to call my home!!! The location is perfect!! I can run and get my groceries without taking my car!! The management keeps the grounds so clean and the apartment is amazing, love my vaulted ceiling and fireplace!!!
nice layout and modern looking. if only you meet good neighbor, everything would be perfect!
