About The Classics Properties

The Classics are some of DABCO's original apartment communities. They are smaller properties (18-48 units, a duplex and 6 downtown luxury lofts) located near campus a bit older, but well-built and attractive. Valleyford (1205 NE Valley Road) is 18, 1-bedroom efficiency apartments with a central laundry and attractive wood ceilings. Schalimar (1100 NE Stadium Way & 1153 NE Lake Street) includes 16 studios, 29 large 1-bedroom apartments, 2 1 + den apartments, and a 2-bedroom apartment. All (with one exception) have beautiful wood beam & decking ceilings. Some have LVP flooring, some carpeting, some all tile. A couple have dishwashers. All but 2 have bathtub/shower combination bathrooms. PP&B (1037 & 1045 NE D Street) are 1-bedroom efficiency apartments within a campus residential neighborhood. Williamsford Duplex (1170 NE Lake Street) has two 2-bedroom apartments, upper and lower; a fenced yard, dishwashers, in-unit washers and dryers, and full bathrooms and kitchens. Bridgeway Centre Loft Apartments (355 NE Olsen) is 6 upper floor apartment located in the center of downtown Pullman's business district and within walking distance to campus. Each 1- and 2-bedroom apartment has central air conditioning, full kitchens, in-suite laundry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and either downtown or campus views.
