Riverview, a small neighborhood between Highway 315 and the Olentangy River, is situated just 10 minutes north of the heart of the state’s capital. The interior parts of the neighborhood are made up of residences including multiple luxury and affordable apartment rental options. Friendly and available staff members! Wonderful amenities, close to campus and convenient location.
The community is beautiful and well maintained. There is a pool on the roof!!!!!!!
The management staff isn't very friendly and or helpful. Elevator has been out of service for months. The smart technology doesn't work as advertised. Garage door has been out of service numerous times. Pool is rarely open as you have to beg managent to unlock the doors. Coffee bar is not stocked regularly. Close to campus but the staff is unfriendly, unavailable, forgetfull and just talk down to every one.
