Zero Compensation

Signed a lease, and without warning, 2 weeks later they started a 15 week construction project directly under my place making the garage that you pay for inaccessible. The construction is the loudest you could possibly imagine all day long making working from home impossible - even during lunch breaks the workers are hooting and hollering. And for this massive inconvenience, not being able to use the amenities you PAY for, they provide NO compensation. Just a "sorry".

Funny how they removed many bad comments on this website? New management is bad service. They will not fix washer & dryer for past 1 year already. Waiting tenant move out so they can remodel place Look elsewhere people

New Resident

We just moved in to this property. At first, we were hesitant because of the reviews and the construction that office made us aware of. We are not home when construction is going on so it hasn't been an issue with us. We chose an apartment where we liked the location and we are loving living in a place where everything is new. So far i'm going to rate it 4 and will see if we give it a 5 or less after our lease is up. Not too bad!!

Nice and comfortable

Place is nice and very comfortable. Management has been very accommodating. A lot of renovations, but the units really need it. Probably one of the better management I have dealt with.
