Property Ratings at The Circle at Denison
When I moved in the toilet was sitting in the bathtub and I was told it would be fixed before I moved in, which took almost a month before this happened, put out some bug traps before I moved my stuff in to see if there were any insect problems before moving my stuff over. Caught two large rats and at least 50 roaches. Place stunk, management is terrible and the place is frequented by drug addicts and hookers from the scummy motels close to the complex. Moved out a month later-don't waste your time or money on this place.
The management for this complex is terrible. She is extremely unfriendly and they have been known for poisoning cats.you would be better off living elsewhere.
