El complejo tiene tiene más puntos buenos que negativos ya que en general es un buen complejo solo que al parecer yo no tuve suerte con la unidad que me tocó pero en general es un excelente complejo, los inquilinos con mascotas a menudo no recogen los desechos de sus mascotas pero creo que puede mejorar colocando canastas de basuras en los alrededores ya que no hay.

I love my apartment and I love the people in the leasing office. The combination of Hannah’s and Sharon are awesome they are super friendly and attentive I put in a work order for a new water filter and was surprised when maintenance came in less than 30 mins to deliver it. And they always have community events every month they are awesome.

One of the things that attracted me to The Cloe was the maintenance how clean it looked and preserved even the sidewalks and the way that people were keeping the outside of their apartments or their patios and then the amenities and the pool are nice and the floorplans are pretty great. It’s also conveniently located. And management is great.

From the time I looked at the property to the time I signed the lease, put the deposit down and moved in. It has to be the easiest move I ever made, and any little things that came up, which were not many. The management was right on. It couldn’t be happier.

Initially they are marketing, they are giving application fee refunds, 6 weeks free and $1000 gift card, once you applied , they are not giving application fee and the gift card. Is this kind of trick they playing to get into the apartments. Maintenance is bad. I moved here 2 weeks ago, I have filled the inventory form filled list of things needs to be done, but no response till date. There an employee in sales , she might not have knowledge on how payments work.

Future tenants beware: do not rent a third floor unit. Your front door will open into a landing that lines up with 2nd floors bedroom wall. I can’t tell you how often I’ve been yelled at simply for opening my front door. (The walls are paper thin) I can hear every word of conversations held in the unit below me. Also, please own a check book if you plan to live here. Paying online will cost you an extra $36 a month on top of your rent, or you can go get money orders every month. Quite a hassle to pay rent.

At first, it seemed pretty amazing. But the wear and tear started to happen within the first 1-2 months. The lock on my door is loose, hinges on my bathroom are also loose. The flooring is coming off, I’ve had multiple problems with my refrigerator, I’ve had ants coming from the apartment behind me, the paint is poor is flakes off when trying to clean it.

The apartments are very nice, the pool area is very nice, and the people who work here are incredible. The only negative thing I could say about Alta is the dog park is too small and boring.

This isn’t my first apartment but it feels like my first real experience getting the red carpet rolled out for me at any property before leasing. Kevin and the office team were very helpful in getting me situated with a unit. Great location, clean and freshly built. All amenities work and are taken care of. I just feel welcomed and appreciated. My most smooth leasing process yet. My apartment was prepped and ready to go. Thanks! You guys are awesome.

I am searching for a place to live and stopped at this apartment complex. I met with Natalie where she answered all of my questions and gave me good options. My lease ends in June but I'll definitely be back when my lease is up. The quality was nice and the community looked really well maintained.

I moved from Georgetown to Leander and I love my new apartment! The office staff is pleasant to work with. Natalie assisted my move in and made it super easy. Luis, the maintenance person has been so helpful and friendly. I always feel welcomed here!

Alta Leander is a great community complex. I decided to downsize after selling my house, love it here. Everyone is very nice - it's quiet, since I'm on business calls most of the day!
