Chloe staff is polite and engaging. Property is well maintained and safe. Great location. A little pricey once fees are added up. Tight spaces and streets make parking difficult. There's enough spaces but you need to look for them after work hours. T Mobile cell service sucks in this area for some reason. Expect 0-2 bars max.

The layout of my apartment is so spacious and has tons of storage space. I absolutely love my apartment and the community is beautiful. Lots of dogs for mine to meet and he loves it. The staff is so friendly and on top of it. Very happy here.

apartments are nice, management is horrible and gets nothing taken care of. pest are horrible and the gates are always broken. For this apartment complex being only open for a year this is by far the worse apartment complex i’ve ever lived in.

Overall the place is pretty nice and I love the 24h fitness center but after being here a while I have definitely noticed some things lacking especially for the price of rent. One things is that there seems to be no security whatsoever and because of that cars have been stolen. The second things is that they decided it would be a good idea to put wood chips in the dog park? one of the residents dogs ended up with a huge splinter in their paw because of this and I could see it being a problem in the future as well.

I love the interior of the apartments. I love the amenities of the apartment complex and what else is to come amenity wise. The best part is the staff. If you have pests and or a maintenance problem, as soon as a request is put in they staff are right on it. The management team is also very quick with requests. Very helpful and nice.

Citizen House Kyle is an astonishing community that brings both comfort and modern all together. The floor plan in my apartment home is unmatched especially the two full bathrooms. I love having a yard which brings a different level of privacy and satisfaction to being a resident here. Management is timely yet professional. I am beyond ecstatic that I was able to complete my leasing process online! It’s a wonderful property in the perfect location for all things basic, entertainment, and fun. Thank you!!!
We have 2 kids and we downsized from a house, I was really nervous we’d feel cramped and overcrowded, especially with there only being 2 rooms. But this is the perfect space for us! The kitchen is spacious and has a lot of cupboards, the apartment is bright and modern. Overall, we love it.
