This single-floor space includes a well-appointed kitchen that serves as a central feature of the layout. The kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a side-by-side refrigerator with an in-door ice and water dispenser, a freestanding range, and an over-the-range microwave. Dark granite or granite-style countertops provide a sleek contrast against the warm-toned, medium-brown cabinetry that lines the walls, offering generous storage space. A track lighting system mounted on the ceiling directs focused illumination across the workspace, complementing the flush-mount ceiling fixtures overhead. The flooring throughout is light-toned hardwood, lending warmth and continuity to the space. A structural column near the kitchen entrance defines the boundary between the kitchen and an adjacent area, which appears to benefit from natural light through large windows visible in the background. The drop ceiling with grid-style tiles gives the space a clean, functional character. Overall, the space presents a practical and organized environment with a cohesive design palette of warm wood tones and stainless steel accents.

About The Chimes Building
Perched on the corner of South Salina and West Onondaga Streets, the building stands 12-stories high with modest Art Deco features. It was once one of the most prominent office buildings in Syracuse. When renovations are complete, the newly renovated Chimes Building will boast as many as 150 upscale apartments, featuring a variety of layouts. Currently on floors 3-6 there are 1,2, & 3 Bedroom units available. The seventh floor is currently in the design stage, and will house large luxury apartments when complete, as well as a paved, secure parking area. A covered, secure bridge offers access to the parking garage located across the street adjacent to the Marriott Syracuse Downtown. The new Centro Bus station terminal, located directly across the street, provides convenient access to public transportation. Please note: application fee waived upon lease signing.
The Chimes Building is an apartment community located in Onondaga County and the 13202 ZIP Code. This area is served by the Syracuse City School District attendance zone.

Vibrant and historic Downtown Syracuse is much more than the city's hub. The cobblestone streets, wide sidewalks, and stately brick buildings create a fantastic shopping and dining district, while the neighborhood's proximity to Syracuse University adds a student dynamic. At the heart of Downtown Syracuse, Armory Square -- a large collection of historic warehouses and the armory that's now a museum -- is the city's nightlife hotspot. The Armory contains a large concentration of restaurants and bars as well as several unique shops.
Some of Downtown Syracuse's most beloved landmarks include the Clinton Square Ice Rink, the Museum of Science and Technology, and the historic Landmark Theatre. The ornate theater, decorated in rich red and gold, first opened in 1928. Another landmark, the McCarthy Building, was built in 1894 and is the oldest building in Syracuse.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
