I used to live here a couple years ago complex is quiet and clean and I was very clean respectful quiet tenant and paid my rent on time but when covid hit I only missed my rent one time and even during a pandemic I was constantly contacted about when I'll be able to pay it despite the fact that everybody's struggling from the pandemic all they was worried about was when am I going to pay it this roach infested Place wasn't even worth my time and money
The apartments are fine and good value but they will not budge on your lease term once you sign. I am now stuck in an apartment unable to get more than 5 seconds of peace at a time before being assaulted by loud motorists and subwoofers. Louder than when they are racing at the speedway, which is also close.

Please either contact us or open up a work order through our online portal so we can schedule our Pest Control team to start treatments as soon as possible. Please let us know if there's anything else we can help you with as well.
I lived here for a year, my apartment was infested the day, I moved in with roaches. The manager was to cheap to get the place sprayed. The manager blamed the neighbors up stairs then when they moved out, she blamed me. The apartment it's self was nice and nice location. No one should live with any creepy crawlers. So disrespectful to the one who calls it home and pay regular rent on a limit income.
This apartment did not many problems and the problems we did have were taken care of swiftly. Loved theses apartments and the only reason I left is because they were not upgraded inside and they had community hallways. Never had mold, spiders, mice or bees.
I am very happy about my decision to come here staff is nice area is quiet and its convenient
I love living in apartment its a great apartment to live they work with me paying my rent its a great apartment to live in
It's quiet and peaceful. I love the space. I live on the second floor w/balcony. If anything goes wrong in my apartment, the maintaintance crew is awesome. I just put request in online or in person and within three days or, depends on the situation, the crew comes to the rescue. The manager is understanding and caring. The help when you need. I don't want to move.
