Horrible

The staff is horrible. The make everything difficult and lie Consistently. The amenities you either have to pay for or the pool closes at six and on the weekends. The pool closes at five. They told us that they were going to extend hours they never have for the two years. I’ve lived here. There’s also trash that consistently piles up.

DONT MOVE HERE

Let me start by saying…IF YOU’RE THINKING ABOUT MOVING HERE, DONT! Renewing my lease for another term AFTER the rise of rent + all of the other facts that others have also mentioned was one of the WORST mistakes I ever made. I wasn’t going to leave a review until they played me & gave me false information about my move. SEVERAL other people were in transition of leaving when I did. So here I am to tell you about The Cascades. The ONLY good thing was ONE maintenance guy, Stephon. To my understanding he doesn’t even work there anymore. If I could give this property 0 stars, I would. The front office is always chaos. It was always new management & front office agents. No one answered the phone or emails. I ALWAYS had to come in the office to speak to a Manager or just anyone in general. I inconstantly witnessed crimes & called 911 several times. I would wake up to car alarms going off on several occasions. I would send emails to the office & they would state “we didn’t receive it”. There have been shootings (yes you read that right) in the parking lot, resulting in death. The garbage is HORRIBLE! The compactor was ALWAYS jammed. Open Trash would crowd around the area from time & time again. I constantly paid rent & NEVER used none of the amenities because either the rules such as time frame or crowded with kids. I attempted to use the pool house for my going away get together & was told a bogus price. Why would I have to pay that high amount when I pay for amenities EVERY single month & have been paying (might I add, ON TIME) since I had been living on the property. Then one of the rules, such as the time to be out of the area was INSANE. It looks good on the outside, but don’t waste your time & make the same mistake as I did.

Nahhh this ain’t it!!!

This complex is lipstick on a pig. It looks nice but that’s it. There have been many security issues since I moved in 6 months ago. “Management” claims they stayed on property for a few nights and didn’t see any issues even though there have been a couple shootings, several car break ins, lots of vandalism and many occurrences of stolen packages. All of this in the short 6 months I’ve been here. Their solution is to let people break their lease. I think you’d be better off renting a tent from a homeless person rather than moving here.

Worst Apartment Ever!!

If you like misery, move here. I have lived at many different places, and this is by first place I have ever experienced. Terrible, disrespectful, inconsistent, and immature management. If it was easy to move I would move out. Literally the worst place I have ever experienced. If I could give negative -20 stars I would. Please, I am begging you not to move here. You will regret.

Car break in every night

This place has no security, car window got broke into, & other car got stolen multiple times, this is not a community for kids, it’s real dangerous
