My apartment is so nice and cozy and the staff they are great. Nicole, Tamra and Cindy are there to answer any questions when we need it.

We’ve been residents here over twelve years and have been witness to many changes, some good and some not so good. I have, in truth, not had the worst experiences here. As in all things, I have to go along to get along. I think the choice of television service is quite something else altogether.

My experience with the staff has been great in all fascets.

My mom really enjoys staying at the Caroline the owner. Tamra is extremely nice and has answered all of my mom‘s questions. My mom loves the fact that there is a laundromat, a hair salon and that the company takes frequent trips to stores and has lots of games and different things for my mom to participate in.

I became a resident here in 2019 and have lived in a nice apartment that is well maintained with a staff. That is excellent at solving any issue that comes up having looked at other places and compare the prices and the amenities you won’t find a better living situation that is all inclusive has so many activities and such a caring professional staff I would recommend the The Carillon to anyone looking for a centrally located Reasonably priced all inclusive apartment If you’re thinking about moving to an independent apartment complex, you won’t find one at a better price with all the amenities that we have and activities

I came to The Carillon after taking care of my father, mother, and sibling until they passed, and I had been living alone for five years. I was wondering if I would ever find another place that felt like home. I wasn’t used to living in a community setting. After I got settled in, it didn’t take long. The apartment was just right and affordable. I’m not a very sociable person, and I also have several health issues, but I have made some very close friends. There are so many different activities of all kinds, something for everyone. I wish I could participate more, but the ones I can, I do. The residents are very friendly and happy to acknowledge you, and many of them have a great sense of humor that I am drawn to. I would like to give special kudos to our Director Nicole, Leasing Agent Tamra, and Front Office Secretary Cindy. As busy as they are, they are so supportive and available for us. Not long ago I had an unexpected personal situation that affected me in many ways and they were there for me. They were beyond reassuring and comforting through this situation, and I am forever grateful. I feel very safe living here and with around-the-clock staff, all of which are wonderful too, takes away any safety concerns. If you are looking for a great place to live, you need not look any further. I am soon to start my fourth year here, and I can honestly say, I am blessed to have found my home sweet home.

Alot of work has been done in the last year to the outside. It has made a big difference. It helps with the appearance and the windows hekp with energy cost.

It is a pleasure for me to call The Carillon home, and call the Staff, Management and Residents, family & friends. In the 17 years that I have lived here I can say that whether I like or dislike some of the changes that come about, I have certainly learned to adjust, because I realize that some things need to be changed in order to enhance the quality of Senior living. Keep up the good work, and may God continue to Bless your efforts to make our living here at the Carillon better.

The service request was taken care of promptly. The maintenance personnel was very friendly, knew exactly what the issue was, fixed the problem, and left everything spotless. I was more than satisfied.

The Carillon gives you pride to calling it home. They keep it clean and well maintained. The staff is always very courteous and polite. Lots of activities for different energy levels and interest. Carillon is a happy place.

It's been two years since I moved to The Carillon. It's a friendly and safe community. The services and amenities make retirement living easy and enjoyable.

Two years ago I sold my house and moved to The Carillon to simplify my life. The location is quiet and close to hospitals and shopping. The building is well maintained and is safe. The monthly calendar is full of things to do, if I choose to. There are several common areas to "hang out". But what really makes a difference is the staff. They are professional and friendly, always ready to help with a catastrophe or just a simple question.

It would be nice to have a bigger van so more people could go on trips and it be wheelchair accessible like other communities have.

I've lived at the Carillon for 8 yrs now. This is a wonderful place to live.. The staff are marvelous and are more friends than employees. They just redid the building and it looks incredible...For the price you will never find a better place to live...

The administration staff is wonderful to work with, maintenance is done quickly, and respectfully. The shared spaces are warm and welcoming and very well maintained. The culture is welcoming, offering many services, events and community updates. There is something for everyone from ongoing puzzles to gardening. The apartments are lovely, quiet, and thoughtfully designed.

My experience has been less stressful economically, safety and convenience of front desk services. Also, being close to family, shopping and many parks nearby.

Having lived here for approximately over four years now I find my overall experience to be a good one. The price of rentals is very good compared to other complexes that I have heard about and checked out previously before moving here they have a wide range of programs and activities to keep you as busy and occupied as you want to be, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming and strives to handle any situation or event in a very professional manner at all times

My experience living at The Carillon has been a joy. I respect the professionalism of the staff, their politeness, friendliness, their quality care for the residents including their speediness in any health concerns needed, and making sure we’re up to date on any changes ahead of time. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed being a part of this community.

Once you meet the staff there is no other explanation necessary. The Carillon is a blessed environment.

We are in rhe process of getting new windows and siding That is a BIG thing. Besides looking better it will be more energy efficent

It’s hard to make the transition from house to apartment living, but The Carillon makes it easier with beautiful apartments and grounds, friendly and caring staff and residents who greet you with sunny smiles and hello’s every time you meet.

My experience so far has been mostly positive. Naturally, moving is stressful anyway, but I'm hopeful that I'll adjust to my reduced space soon.

I have been here about 17 years, and I am proud to call the Carillon home. Everything is not expected to be perfect, but I can truly say that things have been wonderful for me, and those things that needed to be addressed have always been handled in a timely manner. I can also say that our Staff & Management work very hard to make sure that the issues that the residents at the Carillon may have are taken care of in a timely manner, to the very best of their ability.

This is a wonderful place for senior to live and socialize. I am on my 8th year here and have no desire to even look anywhere else.. It's clean, safe and you have a feeling of belonging..

The Carillon is a very nice community in which to spend your golden years. It is a safe environment offering well appointed apartment homes and a caring, exceptional staff. I would recommend this retirement community for those who want a place of their own but the camaraderie of their peers.
