Amazing community and great amenities with an amazing staff. there are monthly events that are always fun and everything here from the gym to the pool is in the best condition it could be.

I have lived here almost a year and it has been a very good experience. I fine myself trying to shake myself because I sometimes find my experience here to be unbelievable. My whole experience here has been wonderful and I look forward to enjoying my time here.

So far so good! We just moved in and are loving the convenience of the location and the amenities. Move in was great - we immediately, easily and safely walked to the Lowes Grocery Store for supplies and then to Boca Grande for dinner. The gym is amazing. The halls are quiet and smell good. Everyone in the complex is nice and friendly. Parking is a breeze and the unit was spotless when we moved in.

Amenities are clean. Location is great with all the businesses nearby. Apartments that open up to the pool can be noisy and the immediate area is not very walkable.

Clean and well managed. Excellent amenities. Located near great retail and restaurant options. Our apartment is a great layout for a family of four living here while we renovate our primary home. Could not recommend The Cardinal enough.

The community and quality of living spaces are great; however, I have had continued extensive issues with my air conditioning since I moved in.

I fell n love with Cardinal on my first visit to see the property I love living here it is very mature adult grown living even though ppl have children just renewed my lease for 15 months not going anywhere I once lived n a apartment n the area for 13 years until I came to Cardinal, also ppl need to keep all pets on leases because everyone does not like BIG or little dogs and dogs have teeth and do bite, let your dog relief themselves where I don't have to see it, that's for #1 or #2, oh yeah keep ALL trash areas clean and change the water filter n the gym

I have been a resident of the cardinal for a little better than 3 years and every moment of it has been a pleasure. Maintenance is prompt, the leasing office staff have always were personable and attentive and have really made me feel at home. I love it here!

I’ve only been in my place for a couple of weeks and love everything about it. The leasing agents are friendly and helpful and the response from the maintenance teams is above and beyond what I’ve experienced in my past.

So far I like living in the Cardinal but I haven’t really settled in yet and I’m still fixing a few things up. Everyone on the staff has been very responsive to my requests. Thanks.

The moving process into the Cardinal was very simple and easy. The staff are incredibly helpful and will answer any questions at any time. So far, it's been amazing and anything I could have imagined

All of the staff at the front desk are extremely kind, helpful, and ready to make your experience here easy, pleasant, and comfortable. They are very communicative and ensure you are making use of all the benefits, amenities, and perks. The apartment itself is beautiful and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Very kind staff, wonderful facilities as well! The gym could use a bit more equipment and there is sometimes a bit of noise but never anything bad at all.

The staff are friendly as can be! The location of the apartments is perfect, the grocery store is just down the street and not to mention crumble cookie is just a 3 minute walk! The apartment is so quiet, only thing i hear everyday is my ice machine for my refrigerator. 10/10 recommend!

Nice and very convenient. Units have updated appliances that work well. The amenities stay fairly clean. I feel fairly safe, but the parking garage can be scary at night.

I think the staff means well but just can’t get some things together. Apartments are expensive without proper insulation. So noise, heating and air problems are a serious headache. No lighting in garage parking lot for over a month. Heating bill is through the roof as heat is not distributed throughout unit properly. Maintenance request filed again and again, with no resolution. Location is still one of the best but pack your patience in your moving box if you decide to move here.

Great place to live! Staff is wonderful and there are lots of amenities. Location is perfect, with lots to walk to from your apartment! Convenient to 77 and most of town!

I have stayed at the Cardinal for more than 2 years now and thoroughly enjoyed everything the place has to offer. Will plan to renew my lease and stay here longer.

Generally very happy with out apartment. Been here for 4 months now. Only one suggestion: wish the corridors were vacuumed once in a while. Otherwise services are good.

Great apartment complex! The amenities are fantastic, the covered parking garage is very convenient. I love how easily you can walk to restaurants, grocery store, wine/beer venues, etc.
