Stretched along the bay just east of Downtown San Francisco, Mission Bay is one of the city's most sought-after neighborhoods. It's next door to AT&T Park -- home of the San Francisco Giants -- and it contains the UCSF Medical Center at Mission Bay. The Chase Center, the new home of the Golden State Warriors, will open in 2019. Mission Bay is bordered on its north side by South of Market and to its southwest by the Design District.
With its mixed-use buildings lining wide sidewalks, Mission Bay is both walkable and bike-friendly. Bicycle lanes line most streets, and mass transit is easily accessible with BART. This trendy neighborhood is also home to the UCSF Mission Bay research campus. Property Ratings at The Canyon
Beautiful facility and some solid staff. Marred by shockingly uneven management and maintenance. Lease is 109 pages, full of insanity (including lots of stuff that is illegal, unconscionable and some that’s not even English), and management says take it or leave it. Taking weeks to respond even to what should be routine maintenance and to reasonable accommodation requests due to handicap. Like a key for a health aide, copy of the instructions for using the built-ins, e.g. programmable lighting, grab bars and a movable shower-head since I have to sit to shower.

Living at The Canyon Apartments is truly a remarkable experience. The breathtaking views of the bay, bay bridge, Oracle Park, and creek are simply mesmerizing. The convenience of being within walking distance of restaurants and shops is unbeatable, and the Bay Trail run is a true delight. The apartment's modern aesthetic, with natural wood and bright tones, makes it a perfect place to call home.
