Love the apartment, location is amazing, pool is great, gym is also really nice and convenient, lobby is already clean and inviting. My only complaint remains the dirty stairwells (with massive cobwebs hanging down). Have asked several times over the past 6 months for staff to address it, still no luck on that front. Everything else has been great.

One of the easiest move in experience I have ever had. The property is super clean and what is this location! The best in San Antonio! The gym is definitely a highlight for me along with the pool. The residents are all friendly and very respectful.

Love it here! Except parking is very upsetting. The garage door is constantly broken and visitor parking sucks. There are never spots available bc they are taken up by random cars not visitors. They said they were going to start giving passes, but has not yet happened.

Living in the beautiful Pearl comes with all the vibes…farmers markets, run groups, and amazing food. But unfortunately, it hasn’t been worth it for us. We’ve had about $8,000 worth of belongings stolen from our building. The first incident involved our expensive mountain bikes, valued at $6,000, which were securely locked in the storage unit we pay for monthly. Someone with access to a key unlocked our unit and walked off with both bikes. We filed a police report, but nothing was ever done to recover them. The most shocking part? Despite numerous calls to the main office and speaking with staff, the manager claimed she had no knowledge of the incident. How is that even possible? To make matters worse, she showed no professionalism, offered no sympathy, and didn’t take any steps to resolve the situation. Our rent includes 24/7 security services, so how did the thieves get away with it? The second incident was equally frustrating. My husband’s second bike, securely locked with a stainless steel lock on the back of his truck, was stolen overnight in the garage. Cutting that lock would have taken time, so where was security? Everything about this feels shady. We all pay for the privilege of living in a “nice” place, but don’t be fooled by the charm of the Pearl. Learn from our experience, sometimes the beauty isn’t worth the hidden costs.

Office staff has been really helpful for the move-in process and also with things like deliveries and packages. Parking is great since each level has parking that lines up with the floor you live on. And you can't beat the location! My only complaint is that the hallways and staircases need cleaning - some large cobwebs, etc.

Honestly blown away at how nice it is to live here. Been almost 2 months since I moved in and everything has been great. Haven’t had any issues with noise. The area is incredibly safe.

Can Plant is a great place, its close to downtown, you get to experience everything the pearl has, but Jaylen was the reason my wife and I picked Can Plant to call home. He was so helpful, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process. He really made us feel welcomed!!

I loved living here. My view of the Pearl was unbeatable and my apartment was so spacious. I loved being centrally located and never running out of things to do in the neighborhood. Plus, the leasing office staff are all so hardworking and top tier!

I live in Building 3, and from what I understand we live a relatively relaxed life to the other Can Plant buildings (especially bldg 1)! Amenities are great, location is great, and rent prices are reasonable enough for what you get. My only complaints are that: 1) they haven’t had a consistent maintenance team since I moved in, so things are slow to be fixed or simply don’t get fixed; and 2) the billing practices can be weird—there has been some issue with me being overcharged almost every month since moving here (it usually gets fixed, but still).

This place is beautiful and such a nice and safe area with lots of great amenities and fun all around us. I am very pleased with the quality of the apartment interior and appliances. Coffee shops, great variety of food and drinks. Walking distance to anything you need. The splash pad is one of my favorites, my grandson can run around all he wants. I love how there’s always something new going on. People are so friendly, we feel very safe. The Pullman Market has it all, you can shop, drink and eat all in one place. Strollers are allowed which makes it great and so convenient.

Love living here and plan to stay for awhile! The new Pullman Market that just opened up made this area even better than it already was. I love going for walks around the neighborhood with my dogs and meeting new people. But living close to my downtown office is the best part.
