Nice apartment and so convenient. Very quiet and nice.
The apartments have undergone significant upgrades and are absolutely stunning. They exude a charming character that makes me feel right at home. I'm thrilled to call this place my home.
I happen to tour this property recently and was thrilled with its recent renovations. The people and the building seem great ! This is in my top pick for the area.
The community has had a bad rap in the past and since our new property manager Brandi has started, we've seen so many excellent changes. Pest control is frequently around more, landscaping has improved, there's more involvement from the front office such as the bookbag giveaway that was done for the children as well as the emails to basically just check in. Brandi & Dee have really been amazing!

The community is nice and quiet as always sometimes I do wish it could make a little noise because me and my friends be loud at times, but my neighbors are so sweet. I don’t mind at all when I have company I love my neighbors they both sweet and helpful. This was the best decision I made for my life. Well, my future is staying in Camilla.

Lived here for years. Upgrade and changes were needed, and now we have it. The new look is very nice, pest control is regularly now and landscaping has stepped up. I really like that the apartment comes with a washer and dryer. Brandi is awesome and helps with anything you have questions about.

This property is ran by Brandi, she is amazing! She listens to the needs of her tenants and is very personable. The apartments are in excellent condition and up to date. Maintenance is always on top of the tenants requests. Overall a great place to live!

Moved into my apartment in sept and it’s been great so far! The area is very quiet for an apartment complex and my apartment feels just like home to me :)

We’ve lived here for a couple months now. The apartment is beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet. Maintenance requests have been answered very quickly. (Had our heat go out and he was there the same day to fix it.)

This has been an Excellent choice in housing. My move to Brunswick was a swift one due to work. Moving here in Camelia was an easy transition. The office and maintenance staff are amazing!!!! I could Never regret my decision to move here. I love it here.

This place is awful, the management team is a sorry excuse for one & they just went up on rent. Counting down the days for my lease to be up.

Ive really been enjoying my stay here! They keep everything nice and clean. The staff is awesome and so pleasant at all times. My apartment is so spacious and the layout works perfectly to maximize the space. Also I love the community events they have, for Halloween my kid received a bag full of goodies, he loved it!

I am a resident here at this place and I will just say that this place is very affordable and very reasonable with rent especially if you’re now just moving by yourself or with somebody I will say that the area is very clean organize and if you have any type of maintenance problem in your apartment, the maintenance man doesn’t hesitate to come over and fix the problem in the staff in the leasing office is very friendly so as I say, this place is a great place to start off if you’re just moving by yourself

Camelia is an exceptional place to live! The property is beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the neighborhood feels very safe. I appreciate the added security of having police officers present, which makes me feel even more at ease. The community is family-oriented, and my neighbors are always polite and respectful. Management is top-notch—responsive, approachable, and always ready to help. While there are some older negative reviews, those reflect the previous ownership. The new company has done an outstanding job transforming the property. They’ve renovated most of the units, given the exterior a major facelift, and completely revamped the landscaping. Although the landscaping project took some time, the results are stunning. I highly recommend Camelia to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

The Camelia has a lot of nerve trying to charge this much for this run down roach "motel" Don't let these pictures fool you, these places look nothing like this. These are run-down, scummy, mildew smelling and should be closed down!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience with The Camelia. It sounds really frustrating to deal with such conditions, especially when the pictures don't match reality. Have you had a chance to bring these issues up with the management team? Sometimes they can be more responsive when tenants voice their concerns directly.
Here for short term rental of 6 months. I applied for a fully furnished apartment walked in to an empty apartment to only be supplied with additional pieces in boxes that I had to put together myself. Was told I would be credited. Have yet to receive any compensation. Also my apartment has been without an AC for almost 3 months. I was supplied with a window unit where my apartment would still reach over 80 in the evenings. I keep getting the run around from management. Buildings and apartments are very run down.
