Property Ratings at The Californian Apartments- HB
Lived there for about 4 years and the laundry rooms were never functioning. Worst management I’ve ever dealt with. Greedy, selfish company and very poor communication. Maintenance staff, however, were absolutely wonderful and super helpful. Absolutely hilarious that the manager is afraid of dogs at a very dog friendly complex. Now they’re doing construction throughout the entire complex that’s going to last over a year. Good riddance.
MY APARTMENT IS OLD FASHIONED LIKE THE MID 80'S OR LATE 70'S TO BE MORE TRUTHFUL.( THE COMPLEX COULD BE BETTER KEPT.) i do have a full dining area mirrored wall and window covering slats on sliding doors and one ugly louvered window with old fashioned blinds.front door needs replacing-dishwasher-and stove ALSO. i do love the outside area though would like more privacy outside. and the bathroom has tub and toilet no room for sink or cabinet. wonder now what i liked about this place. Ah location ! SERIOUSLY ALTHOUGH ABOVE IS TRUE-I LOVE THIS PLACE-IT'S HOME TO ME AND I WANT TO STAY! WE ALSO HAVE A SUPER POOL AND OUTSIDE COOKING AREA WITH TABLE AND CHAIRS BY POOL AND LOUNGE CHAIRS AND COVERED POOL AREAS WITH SOFA AND CHAIRS IN POOL AREA. ALSO YOU CAN VISIT THE GYM THROUGH THE POOL AREA AND WORKOUT FOR FREE.MAILBOXES ARE OUTSIDE POOL AREA WITH PROTECTION FROM SUN AND RAIN AND WIND,AS IS THE LAUNDRY ROOM(SEVERAL IN COMPLEX) PET FRIENDLY,THOUGH COULD USE A DOG PLAY N RUN AREA! CLOSE TO BEACH/PARKS/STORES/RESTAURANTS/MALLS
