I love it here. I have been here for 5 months, and I love it so much. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and makes me feel like I am at home!!!!!

Living at the Caldwell is a dream. It’s lavish and peaceful, you forget you’re still in Seguin. Not to mention the amenities are all a bonus!

Living at the caldwell has been a big relief on my shoulders. The staff and maintenance makes sure i’m living comfortably. I feel like i can ask the staff/maintenance help anytime without feeling like a burden. The caldwell has treated me really well ever since i moved it. It makes me feel safe living here

We will be moving in the next week or two and everything it’s been great. This is a nice place to leave with so many amenities, we recommend the apartments a hundred percent!

Staff was super helpful with move in process and answered questions thoroughly with patience. Apartment was clean and move in ready the pool is clean and so are the grounds.

Brianna and Georgia were so fantastic in helping with the entire process of moving in! My family loves it here already! Thank you so much for all you have done helping us settle into our new home

I’ve been living here at the Caldwell since March and I have no complaints. My building in particular is very quiet and the surrounding neighbors are all awesome.

Me and my husband absolutely love the Caldwell. It fits our needs so perfectly and we love how peaceful it is. We are so excited to make this our home.

Absolutely nothing wrong with the complex, it is amazing including the staff and overall amenities. As for the community, it is rather quiet and there are no events. It would be nice to see the staff either put on events or push for engagement more.

I recently moved into this apartment, and I have to say, it’s been a pretty positive experience so far. One of the best parts about this apartment is the location. It's in a really vibrant neighborhood with plenty of cafés, parks, and a great mix of local stores. I also love that it’s close to interstate 10, which makes commuting so much easier. It’s got that perfect balance of being close to everything you need, but still quite enough to feel like a retreat at the end of the day.

Great place to live, very quiet, clean and secure! The swimming pool it’s big with a lot of places to sit and relax; they have a lot outdoor places you can hang out with family and also pets if you have one. Brittany at front office is great, very friendly and so helpful. I love this place as my temporary living!

The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful and for the most part, everything runs well with the exception of the toilet getting clogged often. The office staff and maintenance team are wonderful very easy to get along with and they work hard to help you with whatever it is that you need. I would highly recommend y’all to others.

It is very peaceful so far. And a very beautiful apartment it self. So far just need to decorate to make it home. And a very beautiful pool with awesome hangout spots.

Barely moved in and love every part of this community. Very spacious, real nice amenities. I look foward to getting out after work and exploring this community versus just coming home and being felt tired.

I feel like, I’m at a beach apartment area. Wonderful pool, bbq pit look amazing. Parking is easy, great gym. Nice pickleball courts. Good size

The amount of amenities is huge. A community that cares and is proud of where they live did it for me! Then I find more things available i didn't realize im thrilled to be here!

The Caldwell apartments so far have been very comfortable living, no problem with any neighbors so far, fun activities, nice equipment, and the employees are very kind and helpful.

I have been living here for almost 2 weeks and I LOVE it. I hardly want to leave my apartment due to space and the amenities. I love the pool, my dog loves the pet spa and dog park, and the gym is the best! Brianna and Georgia have made the move in process a breeze. They have also been very attentive and informative to any questions I may have. I highly recommend living here.

So far I’m loving my living here! All the amenities are top tier and the environment is so refreshing! I look forward to the future of me staying here!

absolutely love my new apartment complex for so many reasons, starting with the modern design and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I moved in, it felt like home. The layout of my apartment is open and spacious, with large windows that let in tons of natural light. The finishes are sleek and contemporary, with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and hardwood floors that give the space a polished look. The amenities are another major reason why I’m so happy here. The fitness center is fully equipped, and I actually look forward to working out now. There's also a beautiful pool area, perfect for relaxing on weekends or after a long day. One of my favorite spots is the community lounge—it’s cozy, stylish, and a great place to hang out or meet neighbors.

Very quiet and pleasant living experience so far. The staff here are all very nice women and very helpful. The only complaint I have are the bugs haha other than that very satisfied with my experience so far.

The apartments are beautuful. My move in and all the paperwork were very quick and easy to complete. The staff has been very helpful and welcoming. They even plan community events to help get to know your neighbors.

This apartment offers a truly comfortable living experience. The layout is well-designed and maximizes the available space. Natural light fills the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided enhance the overall convenience and enjoyment of living here. While the restroom sink is a bit small, it does not detract significantly from the positive aspects of this apartment.

My kids and I Love this place. The community itself it's beautiful and quiet and the experience has overall been wonderful. The process of moving in was super easy and quick. & On top of it all the staff is so amazing and very welcoming! I also love the idea of the community events that they have. I've been looking for a family oriented community & the Caldwell beyond exceeded my expectations.

Apartment is super nice & modern, and there’s plenty of space in a 1bd1ba for 1-2 people. Only nitpick is whoever designed the bathroom never actually set up a mock model (I assume 100% digital design). Reason I say that is the shower door (walk-in shower in mine) opens OVER the towel rack, so it’s a guarantee you will be getting water on the floor, unless you move your towel. Kinda defeats the purpose of the rack at that point imo.

I’ve lived here for alittle bit over a week now and so far everything great. I love the community of the apartments and the staff is amazing. You’re talking to a friend every time you walk through the office doors.

We already love living at the caldwell. Firstly, the staff and maintenance are extremely friendly and helpful. If there’s any questions I feel comfortable asking questions and receive honest feedback from staff. Everyone living in the complex is super nice. There’s so much to do with all the amenities. Living here checked everything off our list of places to live at.

Georgia was very welcoming and answered all of questions, Brianna was a great help as well when we moved in. Nice, quiet community, the grab and go is awesome and convenient and my daughter has definitely taken advantage of it. Maintenance is friendly and quick to respond! Already loving it!

My move was smooth sailing the staff to include Georgia Tracy and Briana were all so professional and very welcoming. Everything from the apartment to the clubhouse perfect.

The staff has been very kind and helpful. The apartment is beautiful. The grounds and amenities are phenomenal. I believe we are going to be very happy here for the next year or longer. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5 star rating is based on a couple of things… The yard is quite smaller than the apartment I was shown. The dog park is quite large and nice, but both the yard and the dog park are such that midsize and smaller dogs can go either under the fence or between the metal fencing deeming them both useless to dog owners of these size dogs, which is the majority of apartment dog owners. When communicated to mgmt I was informed they would communicate the issue, BUT it will not be fixed. Also, you pay $15 a month for trash but you are the one to take the trash to the dumpster. For Wifi/internet, they require you use what is already set up in each apartment and it costs $75 a month. This is only for Wifi not TV options, you get that on your own.

The staff at the Caldwell have been nothing short of amazing. They are more than helpful, accommodating, and have been transparent throughout k the rental process.

The office staff are awesome people they help and makes sure everything is good for you. I really appreciate all the people helped me particularly Tracy is awesome.

Brianna and Georgia made it easy to move in and have been great to work with. Especially after a terrible experience at our last apartment. We love our apartment and all of the amenities. It feels very luxurious to live here!

I enjoy the amenities the Caldwell provides, the apartment is great! I love our backyard, I think it’s one of the best apartment complex areas I’ve lived in!
