Fairly nice building, terrible company

The apartments are reasonably nice but the property management company is rather terrible. Any time I’ve had to deal with them directly or that they’ve been ‘working’ on an issue, it’s been a very poor experience. Lived here since almost the beginning (2018). The door and callbox have needed to get ‘fixed’ several times a year. Frequent property manager turnover. Poor communication. VERY poor customer service. Tends to be loud and there is a refusal to deal with problems (they own the building next door too). Bottom line: don’t move here.
