Everyone is very respectful and seems to very much enjoy it here. One thing I do really like about this campus is the connectivity of all the buildings. Mice infestation after only five days of living here. Management continues to deny it and is making me pay $5k plus 20 days rent to get out of lease. I am already out thousands of dollars on moving costs, admin fees, contaminated furniture and belongings all for a five day stay. They are also not truthful, deny the problem and blame you for the issue. Stay away from this place. It’s a nightmare.

Pros: The apartment building is of excellent quality, with thoughtful design details throughout. I really appreciate how well the walls block out noise, especially considering the building is located along a busy road. I don’t hear any traffic at all. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious, and there’s a surprising amount of storage space. Every area feels well utilized. Management and staff have also been wonderful, they are always quick to respond and very helpful. Cons: There aren’t many windows in the units. For example, in my two-bedroom apartment, one of the bedrooms does not have a window. As someone who really enjoys natural light and open spaces, that has taken some time to adjust to. Additionally, since I’m a walker and have a dog, I’ve noticed that the immediate surroundings aren’t the easiest for walking. The location is quite busy with car dealerships and ongoing construction, which can make it less ideal for strolls.
Love the apartment already! Everything is new and modern, and the welcome gift was a nice surprise! Also, the buildings’ amenities are really amazing!

I found this apartment online so it was considered renting based on site unseen. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and the way every individual interacted with Residents. It’s smiles all day every day when you walk in; your pooch also gets some lovin and treats. Their response times in getting anything done is highly commendable. The Maintenance Crew has two very jovial members and a Supervisor. The Supervisor, is proficient in explaining every detail of the technology and appliances in the unit. The Maintenance crew also go above and beyond to assist Residents within the boundaries they have been given. Their SLA is one of the fastest I’ve experienced due to their zealous personalities. All in all, I’m glad to be a part of this community because it’s the people who truly sets The Brynn apart from the competition. They have great amenities too.

Secure and safe. I just moved from Seattle where it is not secure or safe. Everything is new and works great. Lots of cool amenities rooms There is construction all along the road but the traffic doesn't back up too badly and it's not a bother.

Very nice, both inside and out. The soft closing cabinets and drawers are probably my favorite feature. Lots of room for activities. Make sure to check out the roof.

The apartment has been nice. Moving in was a little on the tough side as my washer leaked onto the bathroom floor and my key fob sometimes acts up and doesn’t always work.

Brett was always available and happy to help if we missed anything. As for the building, everything is neat, clean, and beautiful. But most importantly - the people. Not all amenities are open but loving the Brynn so far. Leasing agents were great upon move in and pre-move in complications! I would absolutely recommend this place to friends.

Apartments are so nice. We have a 2 bedroom with den and it is spacious but cozy. The building has everything you could want. We only have a year lease but we plan to stay longer.

We moved in here recently and are loving it ! The management team has been so good to us from day one ! Brett , Nathan and Virginia have been so helpful and efficient from guiding us on the tour , -to the thoughtful and delightful move in gift - to helping us with the paperwork -to helping us move smoothly and responding quickly to any doubts , queries or challenges we had during the whole process ! We enjoy the amenities here like the quiet co working space , free coffee and artist studio . After we moved in we had a couple of small issues with the apartment which were resolved very quickly by the management and electrical team . We are looking forward to the new gym in the apartment complex and appreciate the temporary Golds gym membership Brynn gifted to us until then ! The location is fantastic~ just minutes from the stores at Totem Village, making shopping and dining super convenient. The apartments are top-quality, with a modern design, spacious closets, and A/C. I also love the brand-new feel of the place, as everything is fresh and untouched. The co-working space is perfect for getting work done in a focused environment. While Buildings 1 and 2 are still under construction, Building 3 is fully open and move-in ready. The leasing team has been amazing to work with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Plus, the move-in offers are incredible! Another great feature is the EV charging outlets, which are available in a few spots~ definitely a plus for electric vehicle owners. Highly recommend leasing here.
