Maintenance guys are the best!! Courteous and efficient!
While I genuinely like the building’s amenities and location, I wanted to share this review as a warning for anyone who values a quiet and peaceful living environment. The walls and floors here are extremely thin. During the day, I can clearly hear my upstairs neighbor walking, or more accurately stomping, around, to the point that my walls literally shake. This is complemented by loud music coming from the unit next to mine. At night, I can easily hear my neighbor snoring through the wall. It’s incredibly frustrating and has made it difficult to feel comfortable in my own home. Living in this area of Buckhead, I expected outside noise (which can definitely be heard living in this building), and that doesn’t bother me. However, the interior noise from neighboring units is constant and travels so easily through the walls and floors that it’s nearly impossible to find a moment of peace. If you are sensitive to noise or are looking for a quiet place to live, I unfortunately would not recommend this building. I emailed management multiple times about this issue. The first time I emailed them I never received a response. However, when I emailed again and asked about the possibility of transferring to another unit due to ongoing noise issues, I received a quick “no.” In another email after that, I included video evidence of the noise disturbances and never received a response. The concerns I have directly messaged them about have already fallen on deaf ears.

Overall quality of the community has tanked. They’ve made minor improvements but the entry gate to resident parking is inoperable on a consistent basis. The guest parking is always full on the weekends not by guests but patrons of the Tess hotel & surrounding businesses. The office staff with the exception of Pete are unorganized and don’t seem to know what they are doing. Having to reach out to request your renewal from the office 2 weeks prior to the end of your lease is ridiculous being that the company requires a 69-day notice from residents.

The Bryant at Buckhead Village is a great place to live! The location is awesome. You are walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. The Staff is so kind and always willing to help when it's needed.

The leasing office is helpful and made our move in process smoother. Only downside is there is one elevator for the community which creates a bottleneck and it’s so far out but a walk doesn’t hurt anyone

Love the apartment and amenities. It just wasn’t move in ready when I moved in. I suggest when deep cleaning the apartments focusing more on the refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and disposal.

The Bryant at Buckhead Village offers a prime location in Atlanta. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the proximity to dining and shopping is unbeatable. I believe it's unfair that we have to pay to reserve the social space, that it is limited to two visitors free of charge, or that there is an extra fee for recharging an electric car; however, overall, it is a solid choice for apartment living.

We just moved it, but everything so far continues to be great. They do a great job of keeping this place clean and smelling fresh. Plus, the music in the Lobby keeps the mood high and upbeat.

so far so good. My son and I so far loving our first few weeks at the Bryant's. location is great. feels safe. May be camera in parking lot would help feel more secure.

Overall, the apartment is a great place to live, it has great amenities and is in a great location. Maintenance responds to issues quickly which is also a plus. A con of living here (esp. if you have a poolside unit) it can get very noisy even after quiet hours begins. I’ve made multiple calls to the courtesy officer about this before and it never seems to do anything at all. I called twice one night and they didn’t seem to do anything about the people screaming and blaring music past midnight. Also, it can be hard to get in contact with the leasing office. They take weeks, sometimes months, to respond to emails if they even bother to respond. If I call the office, it’s hard to get in contact with them as well. I had a leak coming out of a light and I called the office 3 times to let them know, no answer or even a call back. I went down to the front office, and there they were literally just sitting there. Although a great area of town, these issues make me not want to resign my lease.

Parking is a disaster, no enforcement for cars without stickers, EV charging spots being taken by cars not charging, plugged in to appear to charge but charging session not started, and a lot of tailgating vehicles when going into the gated part of the garage to bypass paying for parking.

Although I am moving soon because of work, it has been a pleasure living at the Bryant at Buckhead Village! Apartments are almost brand new, amenities are great, and location is very nice -close to Buckhead, Midtown, etc.

Nice apartment. Could upgrade amenities some. They really should add valet trash, the trash chute is like a 5 min walk from my room that is my biggest complaint

The Bryant at Buckhead is a great community! I have only been here a couple weeks, and may come back to update this review, but so far I have had a great experience! They did their best to accommodate me for my move-in! However, my apartment was very dirty when I moved in- no one had checked it before my lease began. But the leasing office team, especially Angelo, are very responsive to your needs if you let them know! The amenities are beautiful and the community is within walking distance to so many cool spots. There's something for everybody here.

Dirty is the word. Pet owners have ruined the apartments. They allow their pets to relieve themselves in the halls and stairwells. Carpets are stained.
