The Bryant at Buckhead Village offers a prime location in Atlanta. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the proximity to dining and shopping is unbeatable. I believe it's unfair that we have to pay to reserve the social space, that it is limited to two visitors free of charge, or that there is an extra fee for recharging an electric car; however, overall, it is a solid choice for apartment living.

Overall, the apartment is a great place to live, it has great amenities and is in a great location. Maintenance responds to issues quickly which is also a plus. A con of living here (esp. if you have a poolside unit) it can get very noisy even after quiet hours begins. I’ve made multiple calls to the courtesy officer about this before and it never seems to do anything at all. I called twice one night and they didn’t seem to do anything about the people screaming and blaring music past midnight. Also, it can be hard to get in contact with the leasing office. They take weeks, sometimes months, to respond to emails if they even bother to respond. If I call the office, it’s hard to get in contact with them as well. I had a leak coming out of a light and I called the office 3 times to let them know, no answer or even a call back. I went down to the front office, and there they were literally just sitting there. Although a great area of town, these issues make me not want to resign my lease.

Parking is a disaster, no enforcement for cars without stickers, EV charging spots being taken by cars not charging, plugged in to appear to charge but charging session not started, and a lot of tailgating vehicles when going into the gated part of the garage to bypass paying for parking.
I've been here now a little over 6 mos, but I feel as though it could be better, especially the maintenance team

Nice apartment. Could upgrade amenities some. They really should add valet trash, the trash chute is like a 5 min walk from my room that is my biggest complaint

Moved in today and Pete was awesome. Had zero issues besides someone parking a U-Haul at the freight entrance when I had it reserved. But that’s not on the Bryant.

The Bryant has fair rent and awesome amenities. The leasing and office team, Pete and Angelo, are always understanding and willing to help. The maintenance team, Rodney and Varrick, go above and beyond.

Quick and efficient maintenance staff.Common areas are well maintained. I love all of these upgrades including the workspace, it’s so nice! The Bryant is a great community to call home.

The Bryant at Buckhead is a great community! I have only been here a couple weeks, and may come back to update this review, but so far I have had a great experience! They did their best to accommodate me for my move-in! However, my apartment was very dirty when I moved in- no one had checked it before my lease began. But the leasing office team, especially Angelo, are very responsive to your needs if you let them know! The amenities are beautiful and the community is within walking distance to so many cool spots. There's something for everybody here.

Dirty is the word. Pet owners have ruined the apartments. They allow their pets to relieve themselves in the halls and stairwells. Carpets are stained.

So far, so good. I think that they are doing an effort in maintaining the building in great condition, although unfortunately some residents may not help. Overall, very good!

The Bryant Buckhead is a true hidden gem. Located in the heart of Buckhead and featuring all the necessary amenities a girl like me can ask for. It is always clean and the well managed but most importantly safe. I am in Atlanta with no family so the since of security I feel living here is primary. Would highly recommend.

By far the worst experience. Hygiene being the #1 problem. We live like we are in the projects but pay luxury NY prices. The issue is not only that the people being accepted into the building have poor hygiene, its that the building does nothing about it. I walk by the same dog pee for months before i have to clean it myself, poop from months ago, nasty smell, garbage overflowing all the way from the first to the 5th floor, constantly. There are pee bottles in the garage like we live amongst homeless. It is VERY embarrassing to have guests, and the staff is EXTREMELY bad at addressing these issues that have now been present and gotten worse in the past 2 years. I wish i could report this building to health services. And lets not talk about the security issues.
