Great community! safe, clean and charming— classy features inside the apartments. the office staff is the best! They all very sweet and caring! The maintenance team is kind and friendly. They are very helpful. I really like the city views. I also love the green all around. The location is also strategic. It is so close to Uptown. One mile or so. I prefer to be here, have all the green around, and the views, than live in uptown and pay higher prices for smaller units. I highly recommend the Bryant Apartments.

The Bryant apartment community is very nice. The management staff are very responsive and helpful, as well as the maintenance staff. I really like being close to downtown and the airport. I wish there was better parking for the residents, but overall I like it here. I’ve been a resident over 4 years.

My ONLY complaint is that the gated parking is too small. There aren’t enough spots for all the residents to park. I often have to park outside the gate. And there are multiple compact parking spots where people park very wonky, taking up more spaces than just one. Otherwise, no complaints with the facilities or staff.

The Bryant is the best, I hate that it's the best because we've had a ton of people moving in lately lol but it truly is! The only negative is the parking lot is meant for compact vehicles and most people drive SUV's

I am satisfied with my time at The Bryant. Staff and maintenance are wonderful. I’d recommend The Bryant. Only complaint is dog poop not being picked up and the smell of marijuana that has been coming into my apartment. This seems to be happening more now than before. I don’t smoke so it’s a bit annoying.

I love it here. The location is everything. Its less than 10 minuets from the airport, where I work, and like 5 minuets from the stadium/uptown Charlotte. There are some restaurants within walking distance, and I got a city view from my apartment. Personally, I prefer to live outside of the city and somewhere a little more quiet, more parking, and just away from the hustle and bustle that city life brings, but I still want to be close enough to where I can uber to events and happenings in the city, and these apartments are exactly that.

Overall the experience is good, but there have been instances of poor customer service from staff and poor management reaction to the issues. Some residents do not handle their pets appropriately or clean up after them. The hallways are not always maintained at the level I think is appropriate.

Move in was great. The staff was incredibly helpful with finalizing everything on my move in day. Additionally, they provided a dolly to help with large packages, which is something most complexes wouldn’t offer.

Our apartment here at The Bryant is beautiful. The staff are so helpful and maintenance address issues quickly. The clubhouse and pool are well maintained.

I mean I love the location, so you can't get mad at real estate. However, I have a few pet peeves about this complex. I see the events are finally coming back, so I will not comment on that. However, the pool is constantly closing, and I was only able to go to it once. The AirBnB people get notified before residents when the pool re-opens, the water bugs outside are becoming apparent, the AirBnB people constantly leave their dog poop and so does the townhouse residents that use our amenities. There should be locks on the building 4 pet park because it'll stop unauthorized access. Also, the door by the back gate constantly sticks, and you have to maneuver your way into it. For some reason, we can't have guest codes, guest fobs, and our app opens the dumbest door. Like, why doesn't it open ANY of the doors inside the gate. That makes it a hassle when getting things delivered or having guests. The Dwelo system is a hit or miss.

Moving into my new apartment has been a refreshing experience. I enjoy the simplicity and convenience it brings, especially with the nearby shops and places to explore. The space feels comfortable, and I've been settling in well, slowly making it my own. Adjusting to the new surroundings has been smooth, and I'm really looking forward to creating more memories here, especially with how close it is to things I love, like traveling and shopping. It's been a nice balance of relaxation and excitement!

Overall I enjoy living at the Bryant apartments. There have been a few times where the noise from above us has woken me and my roommates up at night. The road can get noisy being right on Wilkinson but when walking behind on the other side it is very peaceful and nice. The pool is beautiful but I have had some frustration with how much it has been closed. The gym is nice just can get crowded at peak hours. Overall I enjoy living here

I enjoy being a resident at the Bryant! Office staff is caring, professional and maintenance is timely and friendly! I am a bit annoyed that for two weeks I wanted to invite my friend over to the pool and it was closed, I had no idea so I had to cancel:-(. Still not a bad mark in my opinion.

I only just moved in, but I am very satisfied. I had slight trouble with getting some maintenance things approved, but other than that, everything was smooth and welcoming. I especially appreciate Faith, who is a personable contact with the building, which is a lot better than talking to a robot, like at my last apartment!

Overall the Bryant was a good place to call home for 9 months. Parking is horrible and when it came time to renew my lease they increased the price by a lot and when I checked the website to see what they were going to list it at. It was less than what I was paying. They also didn’t do anything about the loud girl above me.

Very clean common spaces, the employees are very responsive to email. Also when you put in a maintenance request it is addressed very quickly

Everyone seems super friendly and open. While moving in we had several people ask if we needed any help which was very kind. The apartment itself is very nice and everything we could’ve asked for. The pool closed the day after we moved in due to some sort of incident and has yet to reopen which has been unfortunate. We are hopeful it will reopen soon because that was a major part of the reason we moved here! Overall enjoying the experience so far.
