If I can leave ZERO STARS, I would! Worst complex i've ever lived in! The actual apartment is great, it's the management that's awful!!! My husband and I moved out of here in November 2022, we've been calling and calling asking when we'll receive our security deposit, NO CALL BACK, nothing, after 4 months of moving out! Then I get a call from the credit bureau saying that we owe money and if I don't pay, it's going to go to collections. After they inspected the apartment, they said we don't receive any money back and we also owe $250 for the damage done to the apartment. I have pictures that the apartment was well taken care of when we left it, we even filled in the holes and send it over them for any picture frames that we hung. So instead of them, calling us, and letting us know, we owe money, and we're not getting anything back for our security deposit, and being professional, they sent us straight to the credit bureau!!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! we left several messages with Misty, and never received a callback! While living there for two years, the management made it very hard to enjoy our apartment. since living there there's been two different new management taking over and this one has been by far the worst. For any maintenance issues they either don't contact you back or wait weeks to resolve any issues. I do not recommend this apartment complex at all! I've had three friends live here as well with their husbands, and have all hated the experience also. Beware !!!!!!!!
From the moment I saw the apartment I felt at home. The Bryant at Yorba Linda has made my family feel so welcome within the community, we look forward to it being our home for many years to come!
I have been living in LA for about three years. Often had parking problems , safety concerns etc. This community has so loved all my problems and has a great floor plan , good view and a pleasant community. Most importantly its a dog friendly community.
Poor service. Bad management. Management doesnt care about the tenents. Theres trash everywhere. When you make a complaint it never get handled. They just want their rent thats its. the only good thing is maintanance is good. The othe neighbors I talked to also has the same problem with the management. They seem like they dont care. Also my car got broken into and all they said was We'll let the night patrol know...WOW..Think twice before you move here.
if your reading this dont move here.I have lived here for a while and its been nothing but nightmare. The only thing I can say thats good is maintaince. The management staff does not care about their tenents and all they do is want their monthly rent. When you make compaints it doesnt get taken care of. The manager doesnt communicate with you and they have no experience managing an apartment. Theres trash everywhere and when you make a compaint they said thye will get on it and never do..They sell you on lies but its all lies. My car got broken into and when i told them all they said was "ok we'll notify out night patrol" Look else where..This is a horrible complex and they have a horrible people that work here.

We LOVE living at the Bryant. Of the over 20 apartments I've rented, this is by far the most beautiful, well designed, well maintained, professionally managed property I've rented. I never want to move!
Great place to live! Nice walking areas. Individual washer and dryers. Love this! Animal friendly. Very nice maintenance crew.
Aside from the issues that have occurred while living here, for the most part it is a nice place to live in a good area with good schools. Better security would help tremendously.

I like everything about this apartment except the filthy pools! And nobody cares about it! The office doesn’t care maintenance doesn’t care! There is mold in the pools! I take pictures every day!
Overall, this place is ok. Unfortunately, there are rats everywhere inside your laundry room and in the attics. We have trapped over ten rats in our apartments. Management is too scared to enforce rules and regulations. BBQ grills on patios (not suppose to be there). Bird feeders everywhere that is contributing to the feeding of rats. The parking lot is a race track. I have almost been hit five times because people are flying through the street. Multiple patios are cluttered and a fire hazards. For the price, they are asking for these apartments. You are better off renting elsewhere. While they are nice at first glance, I promise you’ll find a better apartment complex to live in. The manager always hides and does not want to converse with residence.
They dont keep the promises they make about upkeep but the area is in a safe neighborhood so I cant complain too much.
So far so good! Friendly neighbors! Nice apartment! Excellent maintenance team, gets the job done!
The Bryant has been home and it feels like home. The staff is amazing and the property is always taken care of. I appreciate all of them and the community.
The Bryant at Yorba Linda is an aesthetic community with a good amount of amenities, from barbeque grills, pool, gym, and community club house. The apartments are designed to be simple and move-in-ready, with white walls, stainless steel appliances Google Nest thermostat, sizable patios, in-unit washer/dryers and a gas fireplace.
I like the nature and how secluded you are from the freeway but still close access to the roads.
Since I moved in almost three years ago, my experience has been exceptionally pleasant. The common grounds are very well maintained and the response time to any repair issue has always been quickly attended to. I feel very safe and secure at The Bryant and proud when I invite guests to my home.
The management is doing a very poor job in the upkeep of the grounds, specially in the back buildings, the security here is not existing as there have been several thefts and vandalism. The streets are horribly maintain.
Lower the rent, the paint or materials used for the apartment are cheap and paint comes off by itself and the curtains fall
I have found the Bryant wonderfully quiet, convenient to work, with ample parking. The apartments are roomy with good storage. The full sized washer and dryer are a huge plus!
I love living here! The views of the mountains is just breathtaking! My apartment is perfect for me, and my family and friends love it too.
Do not move here. Cheaply made, wcheap materials, important items not replaced in remodeling. Thin 40 year old windows, 40 year old bathroom.
Dont move here. Grounds are filled with debris. Fire hazards on top of all carports, trash dumpsters are overflowing daily, broken water mains every where leading to mosquitoes breeding, management doesnt answer phones, Maintenance is not done correctly or in a timely manner, and it costs way too much to live here.
The management team experience with Alexis was absolutely awesome. I appreciated the customer service and knowledge. I love the apartment layout and the grounds are well taken care of! I appreciated them making the process simple and straight forward especially in this COVID times.
We are enjoying the location and community.

The layout of the buildings and each apartment was done by a design genius. We love it all. The maintenance and repair is timely and excellent. The contact with the office is spotty, but good when it happens. The landscape maintenance is close to pathetic
I have lived at The Bryant for 2 yrs - it's a lovely, safe, and clean community. It's a place where I'm proud to invite guests.
I really don't anything positive to contribute about this property now. I have lived here for 5 years have gone through 3 owners and this new owner Greystar is by far the worst. They scimp on every aspect of property maintenance. The grounds still need lots of work especially in the back area is the property. Weeds abound, grass is pretty much dead, what little is left remains uncut. Planters around bldg. 50 do not get watered. Plants are dead. I could go on and on, but nothing will be done. I will not be renewing when my lease comes up. Steve B.
this is a good place to live, very quiet, living there for more than 2 years and no major incidents, secure, maintenance people are great , just a bad taste when living due to the management of the Deposit , it was inconsistent and no well supported so this is a nice please to live just be aware of your deposit
The new manager and staff he brought in seem to be working well with our long time Asst. Mgr. and maintenance staff- who are also fabulous! Its pretty nice here, sans a few minor things. Most people would love it. Kind neighbors and fairly quiet.
From the moment we drove into the property, my kids and I fell in love with the community. We knew we wanted to make this place our home. I had a lot of questions and Nicky and Alexis were amazing and answered all of our concerns. Now I am a resident at The Bryant and I couldn't be happier.
Living here is very tranquil for Orange County. It is quiet and plenty of walking areas. Not too many dogs, which is nice. The rate is average. Safety is great as Yorba Linda is extremely low in any incidents. Close shopping, only about 3 miles down the road, far enough where you don't have to see it or hear it. Costco, Sprouts, Savi Ranch with all of their shops and stores.
Very family friendly community! Nicely kept and beautiful views from our apartment! My husband and I cant wait to grow our little family in this place.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Always late with maintenance as far as the leasing office... Obnoxious is the word I would use to describe management
We had a leak in our A/C unit and emailed the office to report it. We are very satisfied by the prompt attention we received from the maintenance department!
We love the layout of the 50 buildings and the floorplan of the individual apartments. There is great connection with the out of doors. The floorplans are artistic, functional and highly adequate for all the needs of daily living
The manager is rude I can’t stress this enough dealing with her is an absolute nightmare. She is very unprofessional and has a very hostile attitude...

Cheaply glued together interiors, floors peeling, water leaking when it rains, police cars cruising through once per week, and staff who complain about their pay. Just know what you're getting into and at this price, you can rent a house, town home, or move to the new place down the road.
The worst apartment I've ever applied. We paid the deposit and changed our mind within 24 hours. Tried to call the apartment, but they had never picked up the phone. When we had the tour, they didn't say the deposit was non-refundable. We talked to manager, and hoped we could get the partial deposit at least. But they still refused to do so. The most important, the manager’s attitude was very bad. Do not recommend to consider this apartment. YOU WILL REGRET!!!

Beautiful views and amazing maintenance crew! Apartments are very spacious and amenities are beautiful.
The clubhouse is lovely and made an excellent meeting place for my book club.
Look elsewhere. Rent way too high for what you get.
The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team which deserves 5 stars. In our experience the staff will flat out ignore you for weeks at a time, fail to adequately answer any simple questions, and are so incredibly disorganized. I would not recommend renting from here.
