Este es mi segundo año en este lugar. Y si me quedé fue por la escuelas de mis hijos. Pero créenme q este es el último año que me quedo aquí. Y mi consejo para las personas que quieran venir a vivir a este lugar lo piensen bien. He tenido demasiadas inconvenientes aquí desde que llegué. Muchas ya no valen la pena mencionarlas. Ahora actualmente estamos teniendo problemas con el internet. Lo mejor de todo esto que te cobran el bill y no sé qué q hacen que te quitan el servicio. Pensando que era mi apartamento llame a spectrum y me dijeron que tenía q dirigirme a la oficina ya que terminaron el servicio con ellos. En la oficina solo te pasan un correo diciendo que no se sabe cuando ponen el servicio. Es una falta de respeto. Porque anteriormente hacías lo mismo con la basura. Te cobran 35 dólares mensual. Se pasan dos meses sin recogerla. Te dicen q te dan un crédito lo cual no es cierto. Entonces empiezan a recoger nuevamente dura un mes y así y dos q no recogen pero te siguen cobrando. Pues ahora está pasando con el servicio de internet. Es una falta de respeto la verdad lo que tiene esta administración. Es el dinero y el sudor de todos los que viven aquí. Para mí ha sido el pero lugar y administración por la que he pasado! Les aconsejo a todo el que lea este review que lo piense antes de mudarse. De corazón se los digo aunque le den un año gratis piénselo

Here’s a powerful and professional review you can post on Apartments.com to warn future tenants while putting firm public pressure on management: ? ? 1-Star Review for The Brittany Apartments / Bridge Street Properties (CAF Management) My wife and I have lived here for months, and what we’ve been through has been nothing short of a nightmare. If you value your health, safety, and sanity — please read this before moving in. We have been dealing with a severe rat infestation that started months ago and has never been properly resolved despite countless emails, maintenance requests, and “completed” work orders that did nothing. Management has changed hands multiple times, and each new person seems unaware or unwilling to take full accountability. At one point, pest control left rat poison unsecured, and our puppy nearly died after ingesting it. We’ve reported everything — from rats chewing through our food, to rodent droppings in our living areas, to holes in the walls and baseboards where they are clearly nesting. (Yes, I have photo evidence: chewed bread, gnawed wood trim, and rodent droppings — all from our apartment.) The wood around the baseboards and walls is literally rotting and crumbling, and you can hear scratching in the walls at night. Despite reporting this since May 2025, management only began communicating seriously in October — five months later — after we involved Texas Property Code §92.056 for uninhabitable conditions. They continue to claim they “placed a notice” for pest control visits, but none was ever left on our door. Even worse, they’ve entered the apartment without permission at times and failed to show up when scheduled. We’ve done everything right as tenants: kept our home clean, paid rent on time, and documented every step. Yet we’ve been living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions for months. We’re now being forced to move out early, not because we want to — but because this place is unlivable. If you’re considering moving here, please think twice. This isn’t about one bad experience — it’s about negligence, poor communication, and a complete disregard for tenant well-being. To CAF Management and Bridge Street Properties: tenants deserve better than excuses and delayed responses when their health and safety are at risk.
MY AC has been broken since 7/19 and no one has fixed it. There are apparently only 2 maintenance guys and they just keep adding freon without actually fixing it. They refuse to credit for the unreasonable high electric bill, saying it is my responsibility to turn off the AC if it is not working. This is unacceptable. I only moved in here like 4 months ago too. Just terrible

Move-in was a disaster from the start. No one showed up to the office on my scheduled move-in day. I waited hours before a leasing agent (who wouldn’t stop complaining about being there on her day off) finally helped me. They tried to get me to sign the lease before even seeing the unit, and after pushing back, I found out the unit had roaches—something they claimed was being treated, but clearly wasn't. Everything about the leasing process was chaotic and unprofessional. It was supposed to be digital but ended with me signing a 70-page paper lease only to redo it online anyway. I didn’t even get to move in until 4:30pm, and my first night there I discovered a full-blown infestation. Roaches were crawling around my bed, on my dog’s bed, and trying to get into the dog food. I had to spend my own money on pest supplies because pest control didn’t show up for three days. I’ve still received no reimbursement. I found roach eggs on and in my dishwasher and they refused to replace it. I still can’t use my kitchen comfortably. The office staff are rude, dismissive, and just try to get you out the door. Xena, in particular, was unprofessional—talked over me, didn’t listen, and acted like her word was final. I’m still dealing with this issue, and the lack of urgency or accountability from the office makes everything worse. This place is a nightmare and I regret ever signing a lease.

Good location. Good looking apartments with high ceilings. Reasonable rent prices. Maintenance takes forever to handle requests (they’ve changed their staff like 4 times in the past year and it keeps getting worse). Took them a few months to get rid of the raccoons in my air duct and fix the duct. The gym SMELLS like something died inside (might be one of the many rats that are in and around the property). The gates almost never work. Pet shower doesn’t work. Elevators often don’t work. Building fascias have crumbled down into people’s backyard area.

Horrific and disheartening experience; current resident, will be paying to end my lease as soon as possible; roaches, water has been shut off for repairs 5 times since moving in a month ago; subpar 'updates' which really just consist of 100 layers of paint, cabinet fronts and new floors put in to get rid of carpet; bait and switch apartment prices, ridiculous add on fees for 'amenities' that really do not exist; zero communication from property or corporate with issues; not a person to leave cruddy reviews but this by far has been the worst experience I have ever had with a community. Do not recommend.
Currently live here, have not had hot water since before Christmas boiling water e wry night to give my kids baths, no pest control even though you have to pay for it every month, these people are a home stay far faraway
Bridge Hollow is an amazing apartment complex. The amenities are as shown as in the picture and the staff are wonderful. It’s a very peaceful area and also close to the freeway and shopping/food stores. 10/10 highly recommend
Bridge Hollow is a well-maintained apartment community. The floorplans and amenities are great for the modest rental payment. It is close to freeways and shopping centers. The community itself is peaceful with a sense of community.
I don’t recommend anyone to move here. They don’t fix anything & don’t care about any of your concerns.
The rent is too high for the 500 sqf. apartments. Too many add on costs to rent. Trash pick up at your door should be optional. The office staff is very helpful.
As long as I have lived here I have had at least 4 different neighbors and I have paid my rent with no problem, but feeling valued as a resident is zero.
There are there for you always and any problem you have they fix it they are doing a great job with the property
This property does not look this good. Area is horrible. Staff is horrible. Hidden fees monthly.

I would not recommend Bridge Hollow. There is no security to assist with the consistent crime and the staff is horrible to the residents.
The management sucks, I've been having issues with noise with the new and pervious tenants. It's all about money.

I feel safe living here and my neighbors are nice. I don't have any issues with noise here. The office staff are nice and the maintenance staff respond quickly to work orders. Not all of the apartments have been updated. The community room is located in the office and it has been closed due to Covid19. The swimming pool needs work and it hasn't been opened since this management started 8/1/19. Management said they are working on the repairs. The grass is cut weekly and the trees were trimmed. Overall, I would recommend the place.

Overall, I've enjoyed being at Bridge Hollow. The apartments are roomy and the property is quiet for the most part. There are a few residents that are a little loud in the parking lots but it's still a pretty quiet place to live.

This apartment complex is well kept. It looks nice on the outside and inside. My apartment is very spacious and I am happy to live at Bridge Hollow. If you're looking for a great rate for a great place, you should live here for sure.
I have been living in bridge hollow apartments for 2-3 years now and the upkeep around the apartments are wonderful. Swimming pool nice and big not like some apartments.
I love my apartment. It has a great location and is inexpensive for a nicer apartment. Almost a year here and no complaints
Forget using the pool if you have a job!!! Its only open during office business hours...so that means if you want to actually use it on the evenings or Sundays too bad!!! Oh and theres a huge mice problem in several buildings...that they seem to keep ignoring!! Also if you like seeing new office staff every time you go in to get your monthly parking pass which is a huge pain in the butt, then this place is great! Towing is ridiculous, don't invite any friends over, bc they will get towed!!!
I moved here recently and so far it's been ok. My apt was supposed to have "new" carpet how they advertise, but you can tell it's definitely VERY old and flat. The laundry amenities are gross and it's always either locked or something. I've had my clothes stuck in the washer due to someone locking the door and no key provided..... The whole towing RUINS this place, it's a PAIN not having a permanent 2nd permit for visitors that they could give to each resident to use. Oh, and I hate to say it but the office staff are only nice when you're bringing money or asking how to pay rent. Usually when I get em' on the phone they're pretty rude, I feel like i'm intruding on their time. I mean, it's not HORRIBLE, but, definitely finding a new place at the end of my lease...
