The Bricks are very lovely apartments. They are so spacious!! The manager that gave us a tour is just darling! She is so fun to be around! Definitely recommend!!
These apartments are gorgeous, they are actually updated unlike some others we have looked at that cost alot more. Thank you to Brooke, she was so helpful in showing us around and answering every question we had.
I absolutely love what this place has turned into and can hardly wait to be apart of such a positive change. The staff, the design of alll of it, the amenities, and what the unit has to offer is Great!
You really can’t go wrong with The Bricks ! From the 24 hr gym , coffee bar in the lobby , gated entrance , and the amazing pool area , it really is the best ! The managers are so quick to help with anything and answer any questions you may have . It is located downtown nearby coffee shops , restaurants , boutiques , and much more ! Also , they’re pet friendly !! So , you can have your fur baby and live in a nice apartment , seems like a win to me ! If you’re looking for a luxury , safe apartment , the Bricks is waiting for you !
I’ve lived in these apartments for over 4 months now and truly, the photos are as nice as it seems. Very spacious and the concrete walls help keep noise from the other tenants out. Extremely quiet complex, everyone keeps to themselves. The lobby offers a free coffee bar and the gym has a nice selection of equipment and weights, the complex is gated so you feel more secure and there is a key entry only package room for any online deliveries you receive. The office is very timely with fixing any issues and put out a monthly calendar with schedules repairs and events. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a decent apartment.
I’m so impressed by this community. The apartments are modern with high end appliances and upgraded finishes. I love the convenience of the fitness center and gourmet coffee bar. The lobby area features local artwork. My absolute favorite feature is the courtyard pool and lounge area. The staff are top notch and I felt very welcome when I toured the property. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.
We absolutely love The Bricks at Brunwick!! Between the ameneties, including a pool, and the location, we are in love with these apartments!! Pet friendly too!

The Bricks has awesome amenities, including a super nice pool. It is in walking distance from anything you want to do in downtown Fort Smith. The manager was competent and gave a good tour. The apartments are modern and newly remodeled. There is nothing else like it downtown.
This place is wonderful! Great community and location! You will glad to call this place home!
