Parking policy is ridiculous, you can not have regular visitors after 6pm without their car being towed AND Management is horrible

This is NOT what the apartments look like and management and maintenance is a complete joke. The breaker for your electricity will mysteriously be damaged and the maintenance team will take their time calling you back and fixing the problem. They never return calls and there is always random charges on your rent. Save yourself time and stress - DON’T RENT HERE!!!!!

I like my apartment; giving 3 star because my move in experience was HORRIBLE and kitchen looks nothing like that. All my appliances are old. The yellow old looking stove, it's not the white appliances. I asked when they would be replaced and they said only the apartments that really needed them. The area is very quiet; apartment complex is clean. I do agree they put more into making the outside look good. I haven't had any issue with maintenance. I will advise make sure you put everything in writing!! Send emails so you have proof. Hope this helps.
The management is deceitful, you can not comfortably call these apartments home. They will lie and charge you with every little thing they can. They have no compassion or remorse.
When we(My wife and I) first moved in we had a few issues but after new management things have really been flawless and any maintenance wise is taken care of within a week. Unless its serious then it's within 24 hours, if you have any issues at all just walk to the office(or call) and it will be taken care of. That being said we love this place location wise, amenities, community, and parking.
this place is nice but management puts money into making the place look fancy but not into the actual residents apartments the maintenance comes on time but only one new guy actually tries, the others sucked, I am still waiting on a request from two weeks ago though, I wish they cared more about the people who live here instead of ghetto rigging our stuff and Ashley we see you typing up reviews its OBVIOUS mkayyyyy thanks. pissed resident
This is the place to live! Very clean and the best management. THERE ARE NO BUGS!!! That was a big one for me when i was looking for an apartment. This is the best quiet, clean, and friendly place to live! Thank you all for being amazing to us and being just over all amazing! Thank you Ashley for being an amazing manager and Misty for being the down to earth leasing! We love yall!
I've been living here since May of 2016 and it's an AMAZING community. Honestly. They take care of their residents and their maintenance is on top of it! I love living here, and I encourage anyone trying to find a home to do the same!
I moved out the beginning of June and was charged over $300 for a move-out clean on less than 1000 square feet. This was after I had paid someone myself to clean the apartment. When I questioned the amount, I was sent an itemized bill and move out charge list. I did not receive the move out charge list when I put in my notification and was charged for things that simply were not true. I sent another request for explanation to both the property manager and management company and received no response. I think is because I suggested they had conducted fraudulent practices by charging fees in order to take advantage of the fact that I had prepaid my rent for the month. In addition, I was charged pet cleaning fees, but my pet deposit wasn't applied. This occurred after spending a year in the apartment and having to deal with black mold on the vents and the windows, wet carpet in the closet that was never replaced, a canned light and part of ceiling above the sink that was never replaced after water came pouring out from the upstairs apartment, and a cabinet facing that was "fixed" by using glue and masking tape. Do not move here.
Everything is old, they come in and don't tell you, and they call you only when you need to pay for something. Repairs go undone to long and it seems they only care while you complain. When you're done, so are they.
THe apartments are in a good location in the middle of Dallas/Ft. Worth. It also in in a fantastic school district. It has a beautiful pool and dog park! Sincerely, Gary G e orge
I have been here a little over 3 months and they are under new management. It is a excellent location and in a fantastic school district. We have a 60 lb huskie and the dog park here comes in real handy. I am looking forward to the new renovation in progress. Thank you, Debbie George 8179391018
It is a great location in the middle of DFW Airport and Dallas, Ft. Worth area. It is also in the HEB ISD school district, whish has a very high rating. It has 2 pools, a gym and a dog part area. I have lived in my apartments for about 4 years and they are labeled as luxury apartments . I expect Luxury to be just that and not the same old standard appliances that have been used from apartment to apartment and refurbished. There have been no updates the entire time I have lived in the complex however; when I moved in management spoke of million dollar renovations and absolutely nothing has happened. Looking for something new
I love living here. Its a quiet, well kept place near everything in the metroplex. Ive lived here 3 years with no complaints. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone.
