Nice Place to Live Te Bradford is a quiet, clean and peaceful place to live. The office keeps you informed about what’s going on and always on top of things. I would recommend The Bradford to my friends and family.

I was absolutely nervous contacting the apartments because of a very bad experience with renting in Lafayette years back. When I tell you she made me so comfortable to talk to her, She never judged me when I explained my situation and was very thoughtful. Every step of the way she kept me updated. I literally paid my deposit Monday 9/20/20, and was approved 9/24/20!!! To find a location to live that actually cares was a relief. Thanks Megan and Ms. Teri y’all are awesome!
I have lived at The Bradford for going on 4 years and the positive changes for the past couple of years has been great! It's a positive living environment and the new management is much easier to talk to and they work with tenants to resolve issues. The property is cleaner (except for those tenants that wont put their trash bags inside dumpster but just drop it on side or put furniture to the side of dumpster) there is a grounds keeper that cleans up after irresponsible folks. There is no perfect place, but I'm happy here more than ever and it's worth the rent I pay.
The assistant manager that works there is really rude and very unprofessional. I was explaning to her what they had to my daughter refering to her mailbox when she left from the apartment the assistant manager was yelling and hung up in my face at the front gate. I am in the medical field and I do not speak to people in that manner more less hang up on them that is very rude and very unprofessional and I really don't see how any residents can live there with someone speaking so rude to them. The assistant manger should be there to answer all questions in a polite manner. I could of understand if I was giving that energy in the same way.
This apartment is in a great location convenient to EVERYTHING in Lafayette. The down side is there is no washer and dryer connections in the unit. Usually quiet area and great office and maintenance staff! There is no swimming pool and no workout room but for the price, it's a great value!
