I had no air conditioning in my apartment for ONE WEEK in the middle of summer. There was no communication this entire time. I had to find places to stay that entire week because it was so miserable!! The apartment is doing nothing to discount rent. Horrible customer service.

Thank you for your review, while it's super unfortunate to have an A/C emergency in the Texas heat, it happens occasionally. Our team responded and charged the unit several times to keep things comfortable while waiting on the new unit to be rushed. It was then installed within an hour of its delivery to the property. We do apologize for the inconvenience of a situation beyond our control, but we corrected the situation as efficiently as possible. I would not recommend living here. The construction is incredibly flimsy so you will hear everything. I was also billed for damages that did not occur upon move out. I am disappointed that numerous administrative issues kept occurring - I have sent videos of move-out condition to management.
I would give zero starts if I could. Someone rammed into the parking garage entry gates on the main level and basement level and those gates have been out of order for over a week if not two weeks. They left the exit gates open 24/7 which is a huge red flag for safety reasons. And what do you know my car got broken into! One of the doors from the parking garage into the building has also been getting left open and even broken at one point so now there is concern for safety of my home.

Broadstone on 5th is the best casual luxury living experience in Fort Worth. The building is located in a great area. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The apartment finishes and amenities are beyond compare. Im happy to be a part of the community here at Broadstone on 5th.
Love living at Broadstone on Fifth! It's like being at a 5-star resort. The team here also works really hard to make sure you are taken care of at every turn.

The amenities are very nice, particularly the gym. The location is excellent. The apartments are extremely noisy and you will hear your neighbors very frequently. I would not recommend this apartment complex at the price they are asking given these noise concerns.
I love living here so much, it is the only place I have resigned a lease with! The front desk is always friendly and fun but professional and helpful! The community events are great, I love getting to know my neighbors and seeing the city or using the beautiful amenity space! My apartment feels new and clean. I love hosting event at my place because of how nice the apartment and amenities are!
Honestly, the most beautiful apartment complex Ive ever lived in and have lived all over the globe. I dont think I could be more happy with my decision to move here!
My boyfriend and I moved in only a week ago and are already loving our new home. Emily was our leasing agent and she was SO incredible! From the day we toured to the day we moved in, she was there every step of the way for any questions or concerns. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. Once we moved in we noticed our AC wasn't working so we called and they made sure we were a top priority. We are looking forward to the next year here.
Overall, I really like the property. Walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors. Other than that its great and management does a good job!
