This is a great apartment complex. It provides a great sense of community as they try to host events to bring their residents together. The boulevard is clean and the layouts of the floor plans and well done and thought through. It’s a cute complex that I plan on staying with in the future!

I was initially pleased with my residency at the boulevard. However, when I needed to move urgently because of a problem with the apartment that was not caused by me, I was not well supported for the move and was moved into an apartment with myriad issues that did not get addressed despite my repeated requets.

My experience here has honestly not been good at all. I would not recommend this apartment to any of my friends. Construction has been horrendous, I have yet to be compensated for anything that happened with the damage in my apartment even though you guys are giving out a full month free to people moving in, when I am a current resident and actually living through it. And now this situation with the outlets, also due to construction, and its been 4 days and I get a notification its been fixed when it hasn’t been.

Moving in to the Boulevard was quick and easy. Management always responded as soon as possible and I love they’re open on Sundays. It’s a quiet space and I feel very safe here with my kid. The neighbors are very respectful and there’s lots to do within walking distance.

While there was a few bumps with the application and approval process, every complex is going to have some sort of small issues. Regardless, I still enjoy living here and would choose this property again if I had to do it all over.

The staff and property are nice and the location is perfect. The things I don’t like are the prison style entry doors. These doors have a raw feel and they don’t add a cozy feel to the property. If you’re planning to be a long term renter, it’s important to know that there is no rent control or limit to the increases that are applied to the contract renewal.

Overall, the boulevard is hands down the best apartment complex to live at in Mount Pleasant. The location is more than ideal. The team members are constantly putting on FREE events either here at the boulevard or out in the community. They want to get you out exploring local businesses and attractions around us at no cost at your own. These events are also great ways to meet neighbors and friends.

The new building, most expensive building, has the thinnest walls. Constant noise, no peace and quiet. Management does not take thorough action with noise complaints. Would not recommend based on the price point. Additionally prices are +$700 more than fall 2020. Management is not accommodating. Worst ive ever had.

Management is inconsistent and oftentimes nods their heads as if they are going to take care of something, but rarely anything is done in a timely fashion. Usually takes a year or longer for amenities to be fixed or given access to. So many items are "back ordered". Makes me think the owners are broke.

I love the Boulevard! The location is perfect, the office staff are friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is timely and thorough! The amenities are amazing; 2 pools, coffee bar, sparkling water machine, a bark park, a gym with Peloton bikes and all the weights you could want. I couldn't be happier!

I grew up in Mt. Pleasant and want to see it preserved in some of its original state even though that appears impossible these days. I think the Boulevard has done an exceptional job of embroidering itself in the community and making strong efforts to improve it for its residents.

The building may look great from the outside, however, it is poorly built. Cheap appliances and if you like hearing every single step that your neighbors take, then this is the place for you. Even worse then the building is the mgmt team. Incompetent can't even start to describe them. You'll have to chase them down non stop to be lucky enough to get a response. Couldn't care less about your issues
