Situated about ten miles northeast of Los Angeles, San Gabriel is a scenic suburb often regarded as the “Birthplace of the Los Angeles Region.” The city boasts a rich history dating back to the 1700s, when the Mission San Gabriel (known as the “Pride of the California Missions”) was founded.
San Gabriel’s historic roots are on display to this day, with the vibrant Mission District serving as the city’s hub of culture, art, and history. City Hall, the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, and numerous well-maintained Spanish Colonial Revival style buildings are the cornerstones of the District. A host of diverse eateries, cafes, offices, shops, and museums—including the famed San Gabriel Mission—are also found in this vibrant downtown area.
Area residents enjoy a bevy of outdoor activities at Vincent Lugo Park, Smith Park, and San Gabriel Country Club.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Boulevard
Just started living in the complex. And so far so good. Feels super safe. And the apartment feels super homie.
I can’t say enough great things about Manuel. (manager) From the moment I moved in, he's gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. He is very professional, approachable, and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. What stands out the most is how much he genuinely care about the residents and the property. He stay on top of maintenance, keep the community well-organized, and make sure everyone feels comfortable and heard. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, reliable, and easy to work with. Living here has been a great experience thanks to his hard work and commitment
Great experience living @ The Blvd i see the reviews and my opinion is the place is very clean - they want to up-grade and fix items all the time. There is no clutter and the manager is very attentive to repairs when needed. The gates are always locked and you have access with key which makes me feel very safe.
Nice place, gate doors are always locked but I think that's a good thing and it keeps the apartments safe. I will say the on-site manager is very rude. He's not friendly. If there's any issues and you call him, he gets upset that he has to look into it. Can't have your dog bark or he will complain yet he has one too. Can't have your packages out too long or he will complain. If the washer/dryer isn't working and you let him know, he complains about having to go downstairs and comp it. If you get a delivery and they knock on the door he gets upset and texts you about it.
If I could give them negative stars, I would. worse experience ever.
DON'T LIVE HERE! TRUST ME ITS SUPER BAD. EVERYONE WHO WORKS HERE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY. THE GATE DOOR IN THE PARKING LOT IS ALWAYS LOCKED AND YOU NEED TO OPEN IT ALL THE TIME TO ENTER AND EXIT. EVERY TENANT HAS MOVED OUT BECAUSE OF THAT. PLUS MAINTENANCE REFUSES TO REPAIR ANYTHING! THEY JUST CHECK YOUR UNIT THEN LEAVE WITHOUT HELPING. THE NEIGHBORS ARE ALSO NOISY SINCE THE WALLS ARE CLOSE TO EACH OTHER. NONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE NICE AND VERY MEAN
