The Boulevard

I moved in under an old contract. They convinced me that the new contract was just a transfer. Since this time has happened, I have had nothing but trouble from this company. At one point I was away on a vacation and I came back in my car was missing. They never told me that they had moved my car without my permission. I literally had to search the entire complex to find the vehicle where they had put it. Also, they never put me in the system to get in the gate, When my key fob wasn't working, I couldn't even access to get myself into the place. Also, the noise level from the neighbors dogs was unbelievable till 1:30am in the morning. They called this a luxury apartment. It's not you could literally hear the neighbors talking through the walls. I made several complaints and nothing was done. The response was oh let's see if they're actually paying for those three dogs. Instead of I'm very sorry that you're going through this and we'll make corrections. I've literally was forced out of my apartment because of the noise and I'm still paying on the apartment. Now I was told that I have to pay a cable fee which I was never told that I had to pay previously it just started this month 10 months into the lease. I have two months left on the lease and I am so fed up with them I just went out of the lease but I get no answers from anybody. They keep telling me all we're gonna try and get you somebody to take over your apartment but today they said to me. 0h Your Place is not a priority. We have other places that have to go first.

I was in the military for 10 years.....rented quite a few places and the Boulevard is the best one. Just moved in, love it so far

After being forced to move from Fort Myers because of hurricane Ian we didn’t have a lot of time to look. After seeing a few apartments, the location and quality of apartment complex was very competitive to lesser maintained apartments. Thanks to Liz, the daunting application process was made nearly painless for my partner and me. The only work orders I’ve turned in were completed the day of. I can highly recommend living at The Boulevard because of the quality staff, the apartments, grounds and amenities. Plus we scored great swag when we signed the lease.

It's a great place to live the staff is very helpful and friendly. The amenities are great they kept everything clean and organized.

This is a beautiful place with well kept grounds, an excellent support staff and is convenient to shopping as well as the beaches. We have a 3 room gym and abeautiful pool.

We found the perfect spot to live here at The Boulevard in Largo. Just 12 mins to beach and the amenities are wonderful. Fitness area, spa pool, swimming pool, game room, plus community car wash. On top of that staff here is fabulous. We couldn’t be happier!

Stay away from this place is not worth the money for the thin of the walls and floors you can hear everything and people don’t care . Is not a family place because is not even a play yard for kids . Way to expensive for what you get . My experience is an ok community very centric with a few good amenities with very poor builders material

Warning do not move in here. Way over priced for what you get. The floors are paper thin. You can hear everything that goes on above you. The gate doesn’t close most nights so you have people coming in and out breaking into cars.

The Boulevard is a great community with wonderful staff, wonderful neighbors, wonderful location, wonderful amenities- it's just a great place.

Everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. Our unit is beautiful and we are so happy here!

We love living at the Boulevard! When my husband and I were in the process of moving and looking for apartments, the Boulevard was the first place we looked at. We instantly fell in love but decided we should look at a few more places before we made our final decision. Needless to say, the Boulevard was the clear winner! The friendly staff, amenities, dog park, community safety and site cleanliness are just a few of the reasons why we made the decision to move there. We've officially been there for 7 months now and are still very pleased with our decision. I would highly recommend the Boulevard to anyone. The only complaint that I would add is one of the dog wash stations has been broken for months now and two of the grills aren't working correctly. Other then that, we are overall satisfied.

Beautiful community and amenities, friendly and helpful staff, love my apartment and upgraded appliances and finishes. Very happy here.

The place is beautiful!!! Great Staff!! They are always there to help and they are very professional and super friendly. Liz was very patient with me, She made the moving process very easy and she remembered my daughter's name after only meeting her just once.(Thanks Liz)

This is a NICE community. It's very quiet, well kept and cared for and everyone is super polite!

We keep renewing our lease because we love the apartment, its huge bathrooms, the safety, our pool, and the staff.

I had a terrifying experience at my previous apartment that left me rushing last minute trying to find a new place to live in. When looking for a new place, my main priority was an apartment that I could be safe in again. From the moment I contacted the staff at The Boulevard leasing office, they were extremely nice and they made sure to take the time to walk me through the entire process. I explained to Liz my situation with my previous apartment and she was very patient and took the time to ease my nerves. They made sure I felt welcome and most importantly safe. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. I finally have a place that I'm proud to call home and all the neighbors I've met so far are really nice and awesome people. I'm definitely planning to stay here for a few years!

I highly recommend this complex and I have lived here for four years. It is safe and there are great amenities, centrally located, maintenance and office staff are accessible and professional. Rates are reasonable.

The Boulevard is one of the nicest apartments in the area. The staff and maintenance team are great and the amenities makes it feel like a mini vacation!

Chelsie has been absolutely wonderful to work with. Most helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Will recommend apartments they are lovely.

We searched high and low for a secure complex with high-end apartments, an excellent gym, balconies, and elevators. We walked into our apartment with Chelsie (who is amazingly cheerful and competent!) and we knew we were home!

Dont live here. The wall are paper thin, and management will never address noise issues.

The office staff is absolutely incredible.... The nicest apartment complex in S Florida..... The grounds are very well maintained and its a safe place at any time of the day

The boulevard was a fantastic place to live 4 years ago with different management. They no longer treat residents like they have in the past . It takes forever to get amenities repaired after complaining to management, swim spa has been broken for almost a year !

Such a gorgeous community! Pool and landscape are beautifully kept. I love walking my dog around the fountain or visiting the 2 dog parks on a daily basis.

The Boulevard exceeded all our expectations and Chelsea couldnt of been better to work with.

I was nervous moving in since I came from New York and never got the chance to see the apartment complex in person before moving. This apartment has exceeded my expectations! It is so much bigger than the pictures made it seem. The quality of everything is amazing and while it is a big complex, it still feels very quiet and private! I am absolutely in love with living here already!

Dont invite a friend over for dinner a roach might come out

This was a great experience with the staff at The Boulevard. Moving from out of state is very stressful however the provided everything needed and my apartment home was clean, fresh and ready when I arrived. Also any technology needed within the complex was complete and functioning.

So far in our year here maintenance has been great as well as the office staff. We enjoy living here and have had no issues thus far.

Recently I've needed maintenance in my apartment and wanted to express how efficient and timely the maintenance crew was. The maintenance crew was also nice and polite. Thank you for helping me! K. Watson

Gates are great. Have had no problems and everything is nice and clean. As time goes bye I like it more.

Everyone is incredible that works in the office, maintence request are completed at light speed. I plan on staying here year after year!

I would like to say that I have lived at this property for a little over a year and I have not had any bad experiences and everyone in the office has been so eager to assist me! I highly recommend anyone to live here!

This is the NICEST apartment community! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is the best. My company leased the apartment and I worked with Mark and Chelsie on my lease and getting settled in and they could not have been nicer and more helpful. I would highly, highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a beautiful place to live and a great staff who will take excellent care of you!!

When I first took a tour I was impressed with the presentation. I was originally looking at a one bedroom but fell in love with a two. I went to the Charleston right after and although the property was nice I really felt like I lived in a paradise at the Boulevard. Not to mention I can walk or drive to basically everything in 3 minutes. I will say though, I did have a work issue when I Moved in, very minor (I lost my front door key) . It was fixed the same day and the team was awesome. I would suggest The Boulevard.

Extra fees that were not expected. Prices for TV and internet are high and there is no alternative. Never rented an apt. Where heat and hot water were not included.

The apartment community is convenient and pleasantly comfortable for living, but the apartment doesn't accommodate for storing. (i.e. comforters, towels, sheets, other home items.)

We would recommend this place (and do) to many of our colleges and friends. The only hindrance in our recommendation is that we note a higher price than other near-by complexes. We do however, also note the fact the complex is new and has great amenities (the gym is fantastic!)

Lived there one year with no pets or kids.... charged $680 to replace the carpet! Totally ripped off!!!!

IT WAS AN ABSOLUTELY LOVELY APARTMENT AND AMENITIES WERE EXCELLENT. WE ARE STILL IN THE PROCESS OF SELECTING OUR NEXT HOME, SO WE WOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER THE "BOULEVARD" IN OUR SELECTION.

The music was ALWAYS so loud down at the pool that it interfered with our TV. And made the apt very loud.The worst think are the doors. The slamming of the doors was like an earthquake. Spend alittle cash and get the suspension devise to silence them.It was terrible.

There are some "noise" issues that are either 1.) a lack of disregard for others and/or 2.) due to construction

The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are outstanding. The property is lovely. We are comfortable and happy. The value is good. There are less expensive apartments but nothing this nice. We have spoken to other residents who have been here longer and they all speak of how much they love it here. I'm sure every place has its naysayers but we haven't met them.

I would recommend because the place is very nice. However, cost is too high and your forced to take and pay for garbage valet when I have a teenager for that.

Jamie was excellent, very professional yet warm, and is wonderful representative of the Boulevard and the Leasing Company. She showed us the numerous amenities and benefits of this beautiful community. I would absolutely recommend The Boulevard to someone who could afford this level of rent

The Boulevard reminds me of our timeshare! The staff is great, the amenities are top notch and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
