First place I toured because of location and photos online, but the next places I looked at after paled in comparison...so I came back a few days later and really glad I did. The specials and unit prices for all studios that were available when I first toured were held for me for 7 days (I think it was 7?) so I knew I had time to look around and then come back if I wanted to. First place I ever rented that honored that policy.

It's really a nice place and area to live. I love how the landscape is always refreshed. The management team are very helpful. Nahkel, Dionne, and the new gentleman were all very gracious kind and patient and helpful despite how busy they are.

Living at The Boulevard has been an amazing experience! From the moment I moved in, I've been impressed by how clean, quiet and well maintained the community is. Its also very pet friendly! My dog absolutely loves the dog park! The appliances are modern and top tier. I've also had nothing but great experiences with the leasing team. Mekhai is always very helpful and welcoming, and Brenda the property manager was actually the one who gave me my initial tour, she truly goes above and beyond. I almost moved into the complex across the street (Skylark), but after experiencing major communication issues there, I am so glad I chose The Boulevard instead. It's been the perfect place to call home.

Don’t move here if you are looking for ‘ quiet enjoyment of your home’. I’m breaking my lease because of the ridiculous amount of noise from neighbors, vehicles, people being loud in the front of the building, etc. If I’m willing to pay $4K plus to move 6 months early, SPEAKS VOLUMES!!

The Boulevard at Grant Park is a great community nestled on the border of the Historic Grant Park and Chosewood Park neighborhoods directly on the Beltline. The friendly management and maintenance teams run a efficient community. The amenities make you feel like you live at a nice hotel & resort. They just added a Mellow Mushroom! We love our home here. No visitor parking. The elevators break every week. Nice amenities and staff but they don’t care about any inconveniences as they are almost always “out of their hands” save yourself the trouble. It is unacceptable for the prices we pay.

The Boulevard at Grant Park is an amazing place to live! I was searching from out of state for a safe, reasonably priced apartment in Atlanta, GA and I am so happy that I found The Boulevard! Christian made the entire move-in process exceptionally easy for me. Especially with it being a last minute move. Since moving in, I have seen firsthand how much the staff really care about the residents and taking care of them. They all go above and beyond to address any issues or concerns that you may have and make sure that you are comfortable and have a great experience. Dione and Christian are amazing as is the rest of the staff! The amenities and location are great and all of the neighbors are really nice and friendly!! The management team hosts community events as a way to introduce all of the residents to one another and form a sense of community which is pretty cool. Security is also very important to me and The Boulevard checks that box as well! There is 24 hour security and gated/keyed entry into the building and parking garage. The trash valet is also a convenient amenity that I was not expecting but I am very happy to have! If you are looking for a well priced, safe, and clean apartment with great amenities and the best location in Atlanta, look no further than The Boulevard at Grant Park!!

Property is beautiful and the staff is friendly and amazing. The apartment units have all the high end utilities and features. Beautiful cabinetry and backsplashes and best of all hardwood floors throughout the unit. No bugs and vehicles are in a safe gated covered area.

The Boulevard is a beautiful community conveniently located in the city and on the Beltline but also just far enough outside some of the city's congestion. Our particular unit matches our needs and the layout and design was well thought out and executed. The community amenities are amazing and the leasing staff is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Wow, what an incredible community! Very pretty! They really paid attention to the details, and it definitely shows! They also have some retail space at the bottom for a restaurant or something. I can't wait to find out what it will be.

Hands down The Boulevard at Grant Park is the most impressive community all around, and I couldn't be happier here. From the beautiful decor in all of the amenity areas, the luxurious apartments and kitchens, and the professionalism with the entire leasing office team (who are all so genuinely nice & helpful), you literally can't beat it!!
