Nestled between Utah Lake and the Wasatch Mountains, Provo combines scenic beauty with a thriving community atmosphere. Home to Brigham Young University, this city of over 115,000 residents offers diverse neighborhoods and recreational opportunities. The rental market remains stable, with one-bedroom apartments averaging $1,198 monthly, showing a slight decrease of 0.2% over the past year.
Downtown Provo features local shops and restaurants alongside landmarks like the restored Provo City Library at Academy Square. The Utah Valley Convention Center and Covey Center for the Arts host performances and events throughout the year. Community celebrations include the Freedom Festival and Festival Latinoamericano, bringing residents together for music, food, and cultural activities.
The city's location provides easy access to outdoor recreation, from hiking trails in Rock Canyon to water sports on Utah Lake. In winter, nearby ski resorts offer world-class slopes.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Boulders
Just moved in from the Salt Lake Area. Wonderful one bed/one bath with lots of storage and an in unit washer and dryer! I’m paying $300 less for a better apartment than I was living in, the apartment has nice appliance, clean exterior and grounds with nice neighbors and a quiet location. I use public transportation and can walk to the Provo Intermodal Hub in 20 min. which I appreciate. So happy I moved here!
The apartment is very quaint. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a perfect little balcony facing some majestic trees. There are washer/dryer hookups and a stove as well as a dishwasher. It is in a cute little neighborhood with sweet neighbors surrounding it. There is even a little creek that is an ideal relaxation joint. It is animal friendly and has a clubhouse along with a pool. The landscape is relaxing and enjoyable.
Quiet area but has an issue with trash collection. Application process was hard and tedius
