There molds in the walls there bed bugs roaches and rat in these apartments.. These places have ton of problems not worth it water stain under bathroom sink.. Manger not doing a thing about it
I like the it because it’s so close to the stores pls food the apartment super nice and quiet area to be and everyone very friendly always good afternoon or goodmorning I like it
The people in the office are kind and actually care about you! They are very helpful when you have problems and the maintenance is top tier!

Very quiet and centrally located to have great access to everything that fort smith has to offer, Walmart and a mall are both in close proximity

Unit not even available but they will still let you apply and charge application fee showing updated today and still available
They won't fix anything and if they do it breaks again. Sometimes it can be a loud environment. Your air don't work it's a 100 degrees in your apartment sorry but your luck your shower don't work it don't need fixing. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with these people definitely not worth it.

I work at Central Mall and this location was uber convenient for me. My apartment was clean and the place just vibes.
mice were at the apartment when i moved in. There are cockroaches, ants, spiders, and mice. It was disgusting. Moved out because of it. And, found a house. BYE BYE APARTMENT!!
My Apartment by Central Mall in Fort Smith, AR.,I am near bus stop. I can walk too movie, go to store etc. I love it here. I am in one bedroom but, they have two bedroom and three bedroom apartments too. Right now its end of summer going in to fall! It's always bust around the Central Mall. You can even get job being by the Mall. That is why I feel nice place to live.
