There’s a little bit of everything in South Baton Rouge, a terrific neighborhood located about six miles southeast of Downtown Baton Rouge and only about five miles southeast of Louisiana State University. The triangular-shaped neighborhood touches on a bend in the Mississippi River, and the Blue Bayou Water Park sits just across I-10.
