The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Bleu
Maintenance clearing work orders for the unit that haven’t been completed.
All other reviews here don't matter, as management changed in mid 2019. The apartment is fine. Decent size, tons of utilities included. Things work as they're supposed to. Nothing fantastic about this apartment, but nothing too bad. Except management. Try to avoid talking to management at all costs. I'm not sure if it's natural or if it's a part of their contract, but management is exceptionally unhelpful. There are other people who work in the management office and I'm sure they're nice people. But they can't get anything done, only Justice can. Truthfully, it feels like Justice considers this a part-time job. She puts in minimal effort, tries to redirect blame to other people, and it seems like she tries to just get us to stop asking questions. For the price and proximity to the highway, this place is tough to beat. Close to CCSU, Dollar General, Elmer's, and the mall. But seriously try to not have any problems. They will not be solved. It took us over a month to get internet in our apartment (which was included), for example. In summary, fine apartment, bad management.
The management was extremely attentive to us and our maintenance requests. They were very willing to take care of any issues or concerns that we had. They were responsible and addressed issues in a timely manner. Their number one priority was for us to enjoy living in the apartment and as a college student, I would highly recommend living here because it’s affordable and the staff is working hard to make it a great place to live.
Awful customer service !!! If you ever need help, the lease office is never open even if they state they're open. They will use the excuse that they are busy but how often is busy.....
I like Campus View Apartments mostly for how close to the CCSU campus it is. I don't own a car, so walking to class and local restaraunts is very convenient to me
