Property Ratings at The Birches Apartment Homes
The Birches feel more like one level condos rather than Apts. The staff is responsive, pleasant and accommodating. Each unit has attic space & a small patio; truly giving the feel of your own personal space. The Pool area is relaxing with lounging & picnic areas as well. The location is near the Mall, Grocery & Discount stores & many everyday spots such as Gas Station and Restaurants; a lot of them in walking distance! Access to city highway is only 5 minutes away in either direction. In the city, yet quiet and off the beaten path! ;)
When you drive in the apartment you see people walking dogs, gardening in their flowerbeds, kids splashing in the pool and everyone greeting each other. From the office staff to your next door neighbor, everyone is so nice, kind and ready to help in anyway. Unlike other apartments in the city, these apartment are more like townhouses in its own town setting. The apartments are so spacious and cozy with a real fireplace in each one. The scenery is beautiful and the your surroundings are safe and quiet. I have met people who has been living here for more than 9 years just because they couldn't imagine ever leaving. Now that's what you call "Home Sweet Home."
