Beverly is a small city on the North Shore of Massachusetts Bay, roughly 25 miles north of Boston. With four MBTA stations (on the east side of town, near Beverly Hospital, and downtown), rail service connects Beverly with Boston and all points in between.
Boating and fishing, both recreational and professional, are very popular in this coastal community—Misery Island Reservation just offshore provides a great day trip destination for adventurous boaters and kayakers to explore.
Beverly apartment residents enjoy the benefits of a small-town atmosphere and a low crime rate. The area around Cabot and Rantoul Streets is the epicenter of the city’s shopping, dining, nightlife, and arts & entertainment scene, with a smaller alcove of shops and cafes closer to the water on West Street.

very well designed building, pleasant to enter the lobby with a creative flair on the walls. maintenance does respond and has the right people to help out. in a very good part of Beverly....a really excellent walk position with great restaurants and a nice farmers market. the roof deck and room attached with glass front is beautiful , with a lovely view of the harbor. There is plenty of space to do different things on the bottom level...good flow and a nice gym, pool table, outside grilles and very nice patio with lots of places to sit. of course, the dog play area provides entertainment unmatched.i

The building is very well designed, architecturally impressive and has a good flow and pleasant feeling to it. There were amenities here that we all appreciated .....things that made a difference and made us feel our well being was important. The deck off the 6th floor is remarkable along with the open-glass room that abuts it. The patio entrance is another well thought lovely benefit. The gym, office section...all of these are at a quality level. This is not another carbon copy generic on Rantoul Street.

Canvas offers a living space that features modern style apartments and appliances. Friendly staff and sense of community. Plenty of amenities to suit all your needs. Clean living area that makes your experience really feel like home.
