Underground reserved parking space HEATED included (upon availability) in rent along with heat, trash, gas and recycling. Applications are processed on a first come first served basis. The Berkshire
Most of the modestly priced senior living apartments I've seen are designed like cracker boxes--zero charm. The Berkshire Apartments contradict that characterization by working nooks and crannies into a contemporary setting, encouraging an eclectic blend of vintage and contemporary furnishings to give the living space a more personal touch. The apartment retains some of the feel of an older home while offering the convenience of wider passageways, senior-friendly bathrooms, and a community of peers. The piano in the lobby adds much to the charm. I play frequently, and am very much encouraged to do so by the community.
