I'm highly disappointed that there is no recycling for our units. Residents are changing their oil in our parking lots and leaving oil spills in the parking lot. We have to walk through thr mess into our units and constantly clean our shoes off

We have gotten confirmation & reached out to the residents accordingly regarding the vehicle work in the parking lot and this has since been stopped. Unfortunately, due to the recycling not being separated properly by tenants, ultimately the recycling could never be picked up and therefore, we have decided to move forward with standard trash pickup. The Bend at Highland Meadows is easily the best community I have lived at in my adult life and will continue to live here indefinitely. The office and maintenance staff are timely and professional, the amenities are wonderful, the apartments are gorgeous.

We love how chill this experience has been for us. Shaun and Angie in the office have been really great, which is extremely important for us. We appreciate the time and information they both have provided us, making the application and move on process really easy and pleasant. Very beautiful and cozy place to live especially if you are very new to the area. Affordable and next to so many awesome towns. It’s a great middle mark for exploring all over NOCO. The apartments are very nicely built with all interior and exterior needs. One of the nicest apartments I’ve had for the size and price. Space for furry babies and a built in desk to work from home. The staff is lovely to work with and very nice people. Lots of family residence and nice people. Space for parking and garages for storage! What more can you ask for honestly!

Prior to moving to a new residence I toured several complexes in Northern Colorado. The units I toured were impressive and well thought out for a spacious living. The unit I retained was as clean, spacious and pristine as the model I toured. The staff in the leasing and maintenance department are very professional, warm, and helpful. Only a resident for one week, I am extremely happy I chose to live at the Bend. Even the community neighbors are amazing to have and I feel so safe here that I barely lock my door.

I feel very comfortable as a resident at this apartment complex. I know that when issues arise, it will be responded to on the very same day or very soon after. I love the club house activities and all amenities here.

The Bend @ Highland Meadows is one of the best places we lived! The Manager and front office staff are always great and go above and beyond! I believe what sets this place over others is, the construction is new and by far, the best quality we have seen. When they advertise “Luxury Living,” The Bend is telling the truth! I mention this because we looked at many in the same area that advertise that and it is actually the opposite!
