Invest in cameras so you can witness what actually goes on in this parking lot. When you can't physically see your car because there's no assigned parking and you have to park out of your way I have a problem with that. When you have the option to pay for a garage unit but can't get one because it's utilized for the maintenance team to travel back and forth nonstop but aren't doing anything I have a problem with that.

I've had a really good move-in process with the super friendly team here. Overall this property is good value for the money. It's a smoke-free property but my neighbors smoke a lot which is a huge negative aspect of living here and it seems like the management is trying to fix it but they haven't actually been able to stop it from happening. The trash valet service is kinda expensive but mostly convenient.

Good management team, accessibility good and an excellent maintenance staff.
This is a very nice place to stay . It is well kept. When you need something fix in your apartment they are there in no time . Like some places that some of my friends stay. Office staff very nice and always there to listen and help in every way .
The staff are very nice and professional. I’ve only been here for about 2 months so far it’s ok. There are a few things that I don’t care for but hopefully those things will be changed. The apartments are nice and the grounds are well kept.
Reasonably price with a good location close to shopping and restaurants. The staff does a good job with the upkeep and communicating with the tenants. Overall a smooth moving experience.

I feel like this community is a hidden gem. It’s close to pretty much everything you would need. The area isn’t bad and I’ve never felt unsafe. Other apartments with updated features go for $300 more per month so for me the price was absolutely perfect. It’s also a great area for me because it’s pretty much right in the middle of my job and where a lot of my family and friends live. I genuinely love living here

I had a great experience here with my children. It's a quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, and nobody ever bothered us or our things. The leasing office team is extremely considerate, always have great communication as well as attitudes, and respond to e-mails quickly. Horrible! Think twice before moving here! They have additional fees raging from $70-85 on top of your rent and oh, you also have to pay for electricity outside of your apartment. Never was told about that until I received my first invoice!!!! Maintence is fine, no complaints about them. My move in was horrible, had to switch apartments my move in date, had to go back numerous of times because the key didn’t work! Was never told they don’t accept money orders only pay online. You can’t pay your rent early, they don’t allow it. Neighbors are loud and rude. Stairs are wobbly, medal piece hanging from ceiling on stair case. Hasn’t been fixed and I’ve been here since January. These are micro sized Apt but they charge way too much!!! Front office staff will blow off your complaints and lie to you. Never will I recommend these apts to ANYONE!!!!

This community is advertised as a smoke free community, but that is not true. People smoke weed, but nothing is done about it. We come home to the smell of weed almost on a daily basis. Sometimes it gets very strong and we start feeling the effects as if we had smoked it. We do not suggest living here unless you can tolerate all of the smoking and the cigarette butts all over the ground including in the grass. That is a fire hazard and still nothing is done about it.

The bend at broad is a wonderful community to live in. Spacious apartments, parking garage you can rent and outside parking with visitors parking as well. There’s a little playground and a dog park. It’s honestly super peaceful here and it’s near all convenient shopping centers.

The Bend at Broad has always provided excellent customer service, an efficient and easy move in process, and caring and efficient maintenance. I am always comfortable walking into the office or sending an email with any questions or concerns I have. However, there are tons of unnecessary and excessive fees. We just renewed our lease and our rent went up, the $30 "valet trash fee" for a service that is unneeded and inefficient is still mandatory, an additional $8 trash fee has been added, and there are several "convenience fees" for the online portal and paying rent. All these extra fees add up to about $600 extra a year--I would carry my own trash for that!! At least make these amenities optional so that people who can't take advantage of them (we literally don't generate a bag of trash every day; we're happy to provide a paper check to avoid online payment fees) don't have to pay for them.

Very nice little community to live in have been in about two or three months now and havent really had much of any problems mostly in my garage lol but even there no problems minus there being no lights but other than that id highly highly recommend this place if your looking for your next home
The bend at broad is a clean and nice complex to live in. Stays well lit during the night time and is quiet as far as what the complex can control.
Maintenance is always prompt and do a very good job!
I love the staff at The Bend at Broad. Everyone is always friendly. The grounds and landscaping is always well maintained. My maintenance needs are always addressed quickly and promptly. I'm thankful we can have our deliveries go straight to the office in case I'M not home.

I love The Bend at Broad!! They really stand out amongst all other apartment complexes in the area. They have doorside trash pickup, respond urgently to maintenance calls, and everyone I speak to is always so nice and helpful! PLUS, they are VERY affordable. They had the lowest price for two bedroom apartments in the area and are just as nice as a more expensive apartment!
