The Benchmark Apartments

We've lived at The Benchmark for over two years now and love it. Unlike most apartment complexes, everything at The Benchmark seems thought-out. From the color schemes of the exteriors and interiors, to the gorgeous wooden floors/wooden cabinets. It's all modern, but still homey. The staff has always been courteous and friendly. There's a new dog park on-site that's currently under construction, and the complex has always been extremely pet friendly. It's seems like there's a new puppy every few months. The various amenities are great: free freshly-ground Starbucks and tea in the lounge; a sizable gas grill in a covered space that's available for use year round; a large community space that you can reserve for parties and such. There's a saltwater pool (no chlorine smell) which is happening throughout the summer. The landscaping is well done too, if you're into that sort of thing. Again, lots of care and consideration. As far as the location goes, there's a Walgreen's, two sports bars, and Tensuke (an excellent Japanese market/restaurant/Ramen place) within walking distance. Kenny Road Market (best beer selection in town) is right down the street as well. All in all, we're quite happy to have found The Benchmark, and we recommend it highly.

The Benchmark Apartments are a great place to live. The people who live there are friendly and sociable which makes it easy to meet friends if you are from out of town. The management staff does a great job organizing events for the community and are very attentive to any needs of the residents. Also, the location convenient for nearly every part of town. I highly suggest living here!
