Property Ratings at The Beach House
The ground and property were nice when it was built, but it is now getting to the point where ongoing maintenance upkeep needs to be done and the management company is slow to make improvements, trying to spend as little as money as possible. The property manager and assistant manager are non-existent even though they are on the property everyday. Not responsive to tenant's request and slow to process necessary paperwork, causing you, the resident extra fees and costs. The only thing saving this place is the leasing agent, Amber. She is advocates for the residents and pushes management to get things done to the property and for residents.

In my second year at The Beach House. I still appreciate my living space, amenities and aesthetics of the property. You can't beat being able to walk to the beach and to yoga class in ten minutes. Tenants are respectful, and I never hear a peep after hours. If I have any issues, I've always been able to get them resolved. Feels like I live in a resort.
We absolutely love being here. The management is extremely professional and addresses any/all concerns and questions promptly. So happy we found The Beach House!
The Beach House is a comfortable living environment in an awesome location. The management staff are professional, courteous and willing to help.

The Beach House provides the easy living experience youre looking for. Location, maintenance, and management are all top notch. The pet walking trail is a nice bonus for pet owners. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Impressive move in process from beginning to the end, guided by Haley. Submitted a few maintenance request that was followed within a few hours, great. Only 1 week as a resident but great thus far.

I love living here. The grounds are maintained immaculately, the trash service is outstanding (really - 5 nights!), the maintenance people are responsive and great, of course the apartment itself is fantastic and my view is so awesome.

Super nice, pleasant staff. They are the reason I gave up my deposit moneys, reservation at another place. I decided I would rather interact with employees here. This is a beautiful, well kept property. Very surprised nothing will be done about kitchen counters. :-( Signed lease several days prior to seeing apt.

It is a nice location with great amenities but the front gate has been an issue since I have moved in and it has been about 3 months. It was not as broken but it did not close all the way. Now it is broken pretty bad. In my opinion the gate should not be kept open in the day time because there is not point in having a gate if anyone can walk in during the day time while everyone is at work. Packages are delivered to people's front doors or kept in the mail room and anyone can walk in through the gates during daytime and now at nighttime as well due to the broken left gate. I understand that they are open during the week days for connivance. But it is not inconvenient to press a button and wait 10 seconds for the gate to open. Not to mention that on the right side gate, the code is the address which is equivalent to having no code. This is the first code any person would guess to enter. I just am overall very disappointed with the feeling of safety living here. Having the security of being in a gated community was one of the reasons why I chose the beach house so it is very discouraging knowing what I do now.

Living in a beach town has been a desire of mine for years. Finding a beautiful place just eight blocks from the beach was more than I expected. From my first inquiry to my first issue, I must say the responsiveness and service from staff members has also exceeded expectations. Aesthetics, layout of property and my unit, and amenities are very much worth the price. COVID19 has interfered a little with sense of community, but the energy from residents is friendly and respectful.

Living at the Beach House is wonderful, so close to everything, hop skip and a jump and you are at the beach, always activities going on, beautiful grounds and the Pool is GREAT. Everything you need and affordable, Beach Life is GREAT!!
Leasing staff is nice and helpful. Apartments are spacious with plenty of storage. Nice amenities, great location.
The Beach House has given us a very suitable transition from our oceanfront condo to the next phase of our life! We are very busy with work and family and the size of our apartment is perfect for managing her busy lives! The location couldnt be any better for us but I think it is good for most people who are working professionally but want the beach life too!!!
The Beach House is a great apartment complex in a convenient location to enjoy the beaches. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, the amenities are good, and the complex is well lit and feels very safe.

The beach house is such a fantastic place to live. The location is great, the neighbors are all very welcoming and nice, and the pool area is so fun on the weekends. Everyone in the front office has been accommodating and helpful.
I dont recommend living here as people dont pick up after their pets and there is dog poo everywhere!!!!!

My family and I moved in a month ago and from the start of our app process until we moved in and everyday thereafter...It was and STILL Is Ahhhhmazing! Kristie not only helped us with absolutely Everything from start to finish but is STILL Always so helpful with absolutely Anything we need help with! All of the girls, Kristie, Tiffany and Jennifer are The Nicest most friendly and helpful property Managers of Any property we looked at. Each of them, Kristie, Tiffany & Jennifer went above & beyond what Any other Property I looked at to welcome us and make our adjustment So Perfect & WONDERFUL! I love each of these ladies, they are all the best! And It was hard to sell our home & move, but these ladies made it so easy 4 us! We had decided to sell after 11 years and that was very hard, especially for our 10 year old who Grew up there! Also he has autism and does not do well with "Change" at ALL! So Our "Must Have" were: Safe & Gated, Great Schools which typically comes with Great Kids!, PRICING!..we wanted Ponte Vedra Beach, without the PVB pricing...lol, within walking distance to shopping, food, beaches etc., All the Amenities; SALT water pool, fitness center, clubhouse + more! We needed a large 1200+ sq.ft 2/2 (our home was a 4/2 2000sq.ft) parking (we have scooters, cars etc), A Garage was a must, Nice landscaping, & of Course friendly Staff! The maintenance Staff is Also Ahhmazing. They get things done like Yesterday! B4 I can finish putting something into the portal, which is Another Great service they offer 2 report any maintenance or issues! The Beach House has been a fabulous move for us! So much so that our 28 yr. old son Just moved into a 1/1 with his dog and he Loves it just as much as we do! I am really looking forward to all the upcoming events here, like Taco Trivia catered by a local Beaches restaurant and many other fun things! We all are enjoying our new home and everytime I come home I feel like i'm driving into a Key West Resort! I would Highly recommend The Beach House if your looking for a safe, beautiful, Very friendly & Welcoming, Close to everything, Quiet, Very Clean (Not ONE bug Anywhere! also very important to us I forgot to mention...lol) Super reasonable pricing, pet friendly, Super Clean, and resort like living you should look only at The Beach House. And Yes...We also haveTrash Valet too! I mean seriously how can you Not love this place!? Mary Paul moved in on Oct 1st, 2018. Our son moved in on October 15th.
