Overall, we have been happy until the last several weeks. This site is currently plagued with poor and misleading communications. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone and emails go unanswered.
So far I have really enjoyed living here! The people are nice, the dog community is great, and living by the water is so peaceful. Thank you to the staff as well! They’re very accommodating and helpful.
I am ver happy at The Banks. It has only been one-month since I moved in, but I must say thus far everything about the property (staff [they're always pleasant], maintenance crew, grounds) checks all of my boxes!

This started out as a place to live and soon it became the place I call home for over 6 years! Management cares as if you were their own family and maintenance works hard to make sure that every issue is taken care of with quick but quality service. It's a community of family. I absolutely love it here. My unit is breathtaking, can easily jump on Highway to head into Nashville. Still getting to know my Neighbors, so far they seem friendly-The Staff is amazing. Feels like “Home”.
I have enjoyed living here for the past 4 years. Great staff, neighbors and environment. Great place to live and just relax. The gym, pool and clubhouse is always a great place to meet up with neighbors and friends.
I'm still settling in, but I must say the move-in process was seamless from start to finish! The entire team has been very pleasant and welcoming. I foresee happiness at my new apartment home!

I LOVE The Banks! I've been a tenant here since December 2019 and still love it here! Love the amenities, monthly events they host (which are very awesome), food trucks. The staff is always nice and friendly. They have lots of good swag here! They keep nice refreshments and lemon/lime water that is always readily available especially in this hot weather. They keep this property looking great! I love walking down by the Stones River, it's a very relaxing and calm scenery. Please come check out The Banks, I promise you will LOVE it here!! Sheryl

Great community. Grounds are well maintained. Management is very professional and attentive. They work hard to make this community a home. The dog park seems to be the gathering place and we love the cookouts, games and fun they provide to our community.

Excellent staff and place to live. Love living here after owning my home for years. The environment here is like home. People and staff and maintenance are just great to work with. Love the food trucks. Enjoy the dog park and it’s really nice to have seating and gas grills to enjoy with family and friends. Grounds are kept nice and great gym for tenants. Really enjoy it here.

Everyone is beyond friendly and kind. The trash service is AWESOME. I feel like I’m living on vacation at a resort. Maintenance is also on top of everything, they get a request and have it handled ASAP.

Wonderful apartment homes. Well maintained. Great staff. Love the environment for pets. Feels safe and neighbors are friendly. Fallon was awesome and helped me with all my questions and helped me navigate the move in process superbly. Terry with maintenance has been great and took immediate action to help with our air unit. Love the food trucks! One change that would be nice would be more shade for the dogs at the dog park!

I just signed my 4th year lease. Through these years it’s been nothing but a pleasure living here. The staff and maintenance team and wonderful and the amenities they provide are great. Parking lot and hallways are always clean. I haven’t had any major issues but any small things I have needed taken care of they have been very accommodating.

The Banks at West Fork is amazing! The staff is very professional and welcoming. They always take time out of their day to greet you and have a conversation with you. Specifically, Taylan is outstanding! The amenities are great as well. The gym is very nice with so many different machines. The pool is well kept! The main office has such comforting vibes to watch tv, relax, and play pool! Not to mention, it is such a safe community. It is gated with a security guard patrolling at night. I have never felt more safe in an apartment complex! I would recommend The Banks at West Fork to anyone!

I love The Banks! Been here going on 4 years, and the front office staff is phenominal! The grounds are always well kept and maintained here. Also love the community events! You Rock The Banks!
