Calling the Avens a “Luxury Non-smoking Property” and hanging signs everywhere saying this is a joke! The halls smell like smoke, I have photo proof that people smoke constantly here and nothing is done to stop it. Several tenants are fed up and moving because of these issues and more.

I couldn’t be happier with the management and maintenance staff at the Avens. Tenants as myself who have been here more than 5 years have gone through some changes in the past couple of years including the sale of the complex. It was a bit rocky for a while but now things have improved and are running smoothly. I highly recommend the Avens.

I have been living at this property since it opened. The Avens took over about a year ago, and have been nothing but kind, responsive, and drive to make change since they arrived. Recently a team came into my apartment to do some work. Everything was wonderful and completed in a timely manner. It is nice to live in a place that truly cares about the residents.

I would not live here. The grounds are not kept up, the dog area is a mess, trash piles up and causes the halls to smell, packages left outside, smell of weed in all the hall ways, items broken, management is not friendly or have a customer first approach

After 13 years and three previous owners, I am very pleased with The Avens at Dedham Station. The company took over this apartment community and quietly made their presence known. The buildings are pristine. The office and maintenance staff are ready to help with any question or problem. And, while it's only been a few months, they have seamlessly taken over a large community and made it a pleasure to live here. I welcome them and hope to be able to remain for many years to come.

I have lived at this apt complex for over 6yrs now and I have seen this place under 2-3 differents ownerships. Unfortunately, this is not the best time for Avalon Station 250, as the poor conditions of the property show neglect and the non consistent responses from the management office, are not what would be expected from a property that lists itself as a Luxury apt complex. I've heard so many residents complain about these poor conditions lately, and as a positive thinking person, have not been able to accept the truth of these statements, but can fight it no longer, as I experience inconsistences from the management office and see the grounds being neglected except for the front of the building outside the sales office, as trash never gets picked up any more and the trash bins outside and inside the buildings are always over flowing with trash.
