Property Ratings at The Avalon
Just don’t… pick somewhere else. They can’t keep a management or maintenance team. New management staff has started changing policies without telling residents. Laundry room machine was down for weeks so we had to go out of our way to do our laundry. With the amount you spend in rent to live in Chesterfield you should get better and everyone should expect better. It absolutely is not worth it to live here. They care more about their larger properties. Go elsewhere is the best advice I can give that is what I am doing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Great place! I absolutely love my place! It is spacious and very nice! In a very quiet and clean neighborhood!
Love living at The Avalon. Community is quiet and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile. Can't beat the location either, you can walk right across the street to the grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shop and a new bakery just opened up nearby.
