**The Ashley Apartments Review** I’ve been living in my carriage home at The Ashley in Newnan, GA, for nearly a year, and it’s been a wonderful experience! The gourmet kitchen and wood-style floors are stunning, and the peaceful vibe is perfect—no noisy neighbors to worry about. The resort-style pool, complete with **gas grills**, is awesome for relaxing or hosting a barbecue, and the 24-hour gym keeps me active. The **fenced-in dog park** is a nice touch for pet owners, and the **climate-controlled mailroom** with 24/7 self-service package access is incredibly convenient. The staff is friendly and quick to resolve issues, and the location near Ashley Park makes shopping and dining so easy. My only complaints are the somewhat limited handicapped parking and the lack of a **car wash station**—it’d be great to have one on-site. It’s a bit pricey, but the amenities and charm of my carriage home make it totally worth it!

My experiences as a new resident of, The Ashley, have been very pleasant! I did my initial research, for relocation, on Apartments.com, and other online sources. I wanted an apartment with these appliances: Washer/Dryer, Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave. I operate a few online businesses, so a strong WiFi signal, with close proximity to a cell tower, or Fiber Optics in the apartment, was mandatory. I also wanted to live in a newer location. The fact that The Ashley was built in 2022 was a big draw. I like to walk, so I wanted to be near natural surroundings, and to be within close proximity to stores. The Ashley has met all of my expectations, and offered amenities that I didn’t think of. For example: The Luxer One app for package delivery notifications. The Trash Butler Service. How convenient, and speedy. I place my trash outside my door at 7pm, and they remove it before 7:30pm! All of my interactions with the Office Staff, and Service Team Members have been very friendly and helpful!!! I highly recommend that anyone who is looking for an Apartment Home in Newnan, or the surrounding areas, put The Ashley at the top of their list!

The Ashley is a newer development of luxury apartments in the city of Newnan and it’s perfectly located right near Ashley Park where all the shopping and restaurants are. If you like limited parking, loud neighbors, package deliveries getting sent to the wrong address, etc., you have found the best place to live.

This community has been my favorite apartment complex to live at, I feel as though I am on vacation. I worked with Brittany in the leasing office and she was nothing short of fantastic. Moved from Michigan to Newnan. I had been traveling back and forth for 2 years and really loved the area. I toured several apartments in the area, but Alta Ashley Park had remained my first choice. However, there was not a large 2 bedroom available on the 3rd floor for the time period I was looking to move. Came back for a final tour to see what my other options were and was sold by Lauren on a large 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor right outside the pool area. I haven't lived in an apartment in 30 years and I absolutely love my apartment. The staff and the residents are so friendly. It must the "Southern Charm".

I love the security provided. The garage butler service. The staff is great. The grounds are beautiful and clean, well kept. Plenty of parking. Pool is beautiful. Grilling is great. Work out facility is clean and state of the art.

Well Alta Ashley Park in Newnan not only exceeded, but elevated all 3! I feel like I'm in a New Build Buckhead Condo Community! Gated and Resort style Community. Moving here has been one of the best decisions we have made. The staff goes above & beyond. Jasmine & Lauren were exceptional at making our move seamless and effortless. The maintenance team is the best ever (we've only had a few minor issues that had to be handled and were corrected within 24 hours or less. The grounds are kept immaculate and it is so peaceful and quiet. If you are looking for a new residence I highly recommend you come and take a serious look here. You won't be disappointed.
