The neighborhood of Bossier – a not to be confused with Bossier City – stretches from the Arkansas/Louisiana state line south along U.S. Highway 3 to 71, just south of the Loggy Bayou Wildlife Management Area. Life in one of the homes for rent in Bossier allows for an easy commute into Shreveport via Interstate 20. The Bodcau Wildlife Management Area offers residents a welcome retreat for bicycling, boating, canoeing, or fishing. During Little League season, the locals in the area gather in Lawson Bo Brandon Sports Complex to watch the games.
