Staff is amazing, maintenance is thorough and efficient. We love our home! Some neighbors are loud and inconsiderate at very late hours, but I stay to myself as much as possible. I’m disappointed with the lack of safety, neighbors here are inconsiderate of their neighbors and the property, most parents on the property are not watching their kids. The shootings, the weed smoking, the amounts of trash that the complex has to pick up and maintain the property is ridiculous, it looks and sounds like the mass majority of people living here are mentally unstable and it’s very disturbing.

I used to love living here unfortunately I don’t anymore. In the last few months there’s been a lot of shootings. And groups of people walking around at night. Perhaps if the security gates actually worked that may have helped

My grandmother lived here over 15 years ago and the units are still very nice! The management has done a good job by the looks of the units. Walls seem pretty thick I don’t ever hear the neighbors from inside only kids outside playing which is too be expected. The office was very helpful in moving my move in date up to accommodate a personal matter. I plan to stay here a while.

The place is nice inside. When moving in there was a very strong disgusting smell that still almost a week later is in here. There’s so many roaches it’s crazy! I put down boric acid powder in each room around all the base boards and it’s calmed down a lot on top of that I’ve vacuumed and mopped and that’s also helped with the roaches. I know I have to keep up with cleaning EVERYDAY or they’ll be bad like they was. I love Ms. Tamica in the leasing office. She has been nothing but nice and so has Heather. Great area only downside is the roaches!

The Arwen Apartments have been my home since 2011! I have the 2 bed 2 bath and for my son and I, we love it! I live on the 3rd floor and have vaulted ceilings and a cozy fire place. I love how my kitchen and bar, which over looks the living room! My kitchen has so many cabinets and large pantry and i could go on and on! The truth is, im very happy with the new management company they have made many positive changes and have continued to improve! Overall it’s very good apartment , we haven’t had any issues at all besides the roaches . Which is easily solved by telling them to come spray & bombing every couple months . Bc no matter how clean your house is , they’re still there . & the pool never being opened & the gate is still broken . The staff is really friendly & maintenance cleans the streets up on a regular . & they’re very helpful when you’re struggling to pay your rent instead of just putting you out .

I been here a year now and I can say it’s a very nice place to live. The Arwen staff are doing all they can to make this complex better. Some don’t like the rules but without rules people will do what they want and it will be a mess. The maintenance team is amazing I see they are forgotten about when it comes to reviews. They get in get the job done and are very nice as well. Front staff are very professional. Hands down to our property manager Angel she’s just as her name is an Angel. She very understanding and has an open door policy. Just talk to her and she completely understands and the true definition of what a property manager is. Also the assistant manager Gabriel, she so professional to the point in like girl how do you do it. Oh I’m not saint I have had my issue with people living hear and I have gotten my talks to. The Courtesy team they’re amazing as well very understanding and straight to the point when securing this property.

I’ve been here since April 2023 and I like it so far. I have no major complaints. With anywhere you stay, I try my best to be a great neighbor/ tenant. As long as you do that, then that enhances your experience. That combined with a great apartment management staff like I have, makes it that much more enjoyable!

If I could give them a zero I surely would. DO NOT MOVE RUN!!!RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. They have a roach infestation. They don’t let you do a walk through or your before you sign your lease. Because they know their apartments are trash. The first day I stepped into my apartment I was seeing roaches, my apartment has a mildew smell that I have told the apartment about that they still haven’t handled. Their is mold and mildew in the cabinets and closets that I’ve told the office about that hasn’t been handled. Instead of replacing items like bathtubs or whatever they would rather resurface them in which the mold the rust and dirt ring around the tub still appears. Painting job is horrible. Looks like the pulled up carpet but the didn’t clean the sticky residue from the tape or whatever is used to keep carpet down. Flooring needs to be replaced. Breeze ways need to be power washed. Yo DO NOT COME HERE. I haven’t even completely moved in and I’m already ready to move out. RUN

I have lived at the Arwen since 2011. And through out the years I have seen a community form. This management company we have now has really brought stability and positive changes to our property. I would highly recommend these apartments and hope others would have the same good experience that I've had.

The manager and staff lack professionalism. The apartment grounds stay filthy. The residents walk their pets off-leash and it is not safe. The maintenance is slow. I try my best NOT o EVER have to go to the office because the energy is not welcoming..at all!!

I pretty much stay to myself and my neighbors do as well. The parking is free and it’s covered. The maintenance men always come out promptly after I call if I have any issues . Plus the staff is friendly. Especially love Mrs. Ortega who made my move in process smooth.

My son and I have lived here since December of 2011.For us it was one of the best Christmas's we ever had! We've always loved the floor plan here. Having 2 restrooms is a life saver! The apartments have been kept up well. And I see now how the new management is working now from the inside out. Not in the apartments but with hiring of extra courtesy officers, professional and enthusiastic maintenance men/woman. Leasing staff Asst Managers and Managers! Our building for example we watch out for each other and pir children.we know each other by name. There's a strong sense of community here. And so that's just a few reasons why I continue to live here. it's our home!

Recently my experience has gotten better. Some noisy dogs in my area have stopped barking all day. I have also noticed less dog poop in the grass by my car. It's great.
