The move in process has been horrible. Nothing has been clear and it is very frustrating. We have gotten so many charges for things we didn't expect and frankly, the leasing office has not been clear about anything.

Great place but very loud every night 9pm-1am. Music is always playing across the street from Ciscos next to Ramen spot. Random charges do get added to your account with no reasoning or receipt be aware of what you’re paying for. Parking is definitely not the most convenient but it seems secure and safe for your vehicle. Veery walkable location in between restaurants and shops 7/10 recommend the Arnold

It’s been good - gym and staff are wonderful. It’s great to be right off 6th close to bars and restaurants but safety is my biggest concern here.

Maintenance team 10/10, specifically Tony. Leasing staff not great - I referred my friend, he signed a lease, and they refused to give me the referral bonus and couldn’t tell me why. Also if there are any issues with rent payment they will not notify you until you owe $400 in late fees. The last event they hosted we got a message saying to stop by for food/drinks which I found out once arriving that I needed to pay for?? Also when there is a spill or something in the hallways it takes days to get cleaned up. Only having 2 treadmills in the gym has also been annoying.

I moved from IN to Austin 2 months ago. I was fortunate enough to have some good friends who have lived here in Austin for the past several years. They recommended several communities to move into. I toured several places that I really liked, including the Arnold. Arnold took 1st place when all was said and done and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. You step out your door onto E 6th Street which is an absolute vibe, brimming with restaurants, businesses, and bars in every direction. And even though the Arnold is right in the thick of everything cool on E 6th, it remains so quiet and peaceful to live. The gym is awesome. It has everything I need for full balanced workouts and I don’t have to pay for a membership to a big box gym. The rooftop chill area and the pool are incredible. The staff has been warm, engaging and really there every step of the way throughout the approval process, move, and then while you live here. 10/10 place to live. I can’t wait for many more months

Loved living here for 3 years. I think being in the smaller building by the dog park was an advantage cause it was easier to get to my apt, and I kinda enjoyed climbing up the stairs multiple times a day (unironically).

The Arnold has been great to work with. Despite reviews about the Greystar communities, we have been really impressed about the response time of staff and maintenance. The property remains clean and tidy. Only complaint is that the dog park is never cleaned, which is frustrating of both the other owners who don't pick up and management who does not enforce it

Please bring back fetch as my packages keep getting stolen. The staff is nice but you can tell that they are overworked so sometimes request take a few days to get resolved.

Please ensure you write details on how to access the lockers. If they are too large, they will be brought to your door. Our packages are stolen or just go missing with fetch. Really wish there was an option for on site package lockers with cameras to prevent theft.

I loved the tour and so far every step has been great. I’m going to try to get my friends to move here. The location is great but the set up of these homes is incredible and the amenities in person are stunning.

Great communication with the staff, they were very nice! They were also very quick to respond to emails and the whole process was very quick and simple.
Management is amazing! The office staff are always so helpful! I am loving the events and all the opportunities to meet my neighbors. The maintenance guys are so kind and so efficient! It’s very different from any apartment I’ve lived at, so I will definitely be renewing another year!
Love it here! The people are very friendly and gym is very spacious. The noise is very reasonable considering you're living on 6th and you can easily access all the lovely stores and entertainment areas of the local area.

I have experienced an extreme lack of communication from office staff and have been ignored and treated unfairly. Monthly rent is high but average for Austin I believe but doesn’t include utilities Wi-Fi parking trash services package delivery services etc.
