Apartments need work, sub par for the price of rent

I love loving here. The staff and location are hard to beat. They host a lot of fun event each month and I really feel a sense of community here. The staff goes above and beyond and is so kind. I will be staying here for awhile.

The move in process has been horrible. Nothing has been clear and it is very frustrating. We have gotten so many charges for things we didn't expect and frankly, the leasing office has not been clear about anything.

Easy move in process and excellent amenities. Navigating the place is a bit intimidating at first but once you get the hang of it everything is easily accessible.

Everyone has been very helpful and kind. The apartment complex is very clean and the location is perfect. Can't wait to move in and enjoy the area.

Great place but very loud every night 9pm-1am. Music is always playing across the street from Ciscos next to Ramen spot. Random charges do get added to your account with no reasoning or receipt be aware of what you’re paying for. Parking is definitely not the most convenient but it seems secure and safe for your vehicle. Veery walkable location in between restaurants and shops 7/10 recommend the Arnold

I have greatly enjoyed my past two years at The Arnold. Residents and staff are so lovely. The location is perfect for walking to daytime activities, restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommend.

It’s been good - gym and staff are wonderful. It’s great to be right off 6th close to bars and restaurants but safety is my biggest concern here.

The Arnold has such a great community and a very helpful staff. The leasing staff was very helpful in getting me and my roommate started and the apartment itself is very clean.

neighbours are very respectful about noise. the neighbourhood is fun and there is a lot to do- very walkable. the amenities are nice, usually kept up well.

Maintenance team 10/10, specifically Tony. Leasing staff not great - I referred my friend, he signed a lease, and they refused to give me the referral bonus and couldn’t tell me why. Also if there are any issues with rent payment they will not notify you until you owe $400 in late fees. The last event they hosted we got a message saying to stop by for food/drinks which I found out once arriving that I needed to pay for?? Also when there is a spill or something in the hallways it takes days to get cleaned up. Only having 2 treadmills in the gym has also been annoying.

I moved from IN to Austin 2 months ago. I was fortunate enough to have some good friends who have lived here in Austin for the past several years. They recommended several communities to move into. I toured several places that I really liked, including the Arnold. Arnold took 1st place when all was said and done and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. You step out your door onto E 6th Street which is an absolute vibe, brimming with restaurants, businesses, and bars in every direction. And even though the Arnold is right in the thick of everything cool on E 6th, it remains so quiet and peaceful to live. The gym is awesome. It has everything I need for full balanced workouts and I don’t have to pay for a membership to a big box gym. The rooftop chill area and the pool are incredible. The staff has been warm, engaging and really there every step of the way throughout the approval process, move, and then while you live here. 10/10 place to live. I can’t wait for many more months

Since being a Arnold resident things have been pretty good, especially the surrounding area. There are a few housekeeping items in the common areas that could use some attention. Overall, a good experience.

good very clean apartment. The workers are always ususally nice and easy to get along with. Neighbors are chill too. the arnold is also in like best location

I have yet to move in my move in date is on the 11th but im so excited and thanful. The staff there have been nothing but amazing to me going above and beyond to help me find a new place to call home

Loved living here for 3 years. I think being in the smaller building by the dog park was an advantage cause it was easier to get to my apt, and I kinda enjoyed climbing up the stairs multiple times a day (unironically).

Great management and pleasant place to live with easy access to food, night life, transportation and day to day errand running (banks, package shipping and grocery shopping).

I enjoy living at the Arnold. This is the first apartment complex I've wanted to stay & actually renew my lease. Great location, amenities, and staff.

Great location. kind and helpful neighbors. Very walkable neighborhood. Walking distance to red line Saltillo plaza station and downtown Austin.

I love living here as a single woman, I can walk freely and work from home in peace and quiet.

The Arnold has been great to work with. Despite reviews about the Greystar communities, we have been really impressed about the response time of staff and maintenance. The property remains clean and tidy. Only complaint is that the dog park is never cleaned, which is frustrating of both the other owners who don't pick up and management who does not enforce it

The Arnold is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Management and maintenance are responsive and understanding, and the overall experience is wonderful. My husband and I are so happy with our decision to live at The Arnold.

I have had a great experience living at the Arnold thus far. Great amenities and a very friendly staff. Apartments are spacious and well kept up with.

Please bring back fetch as my packages keep getting stolen. The staff is nice but you can tell that they are overworked so sometimes request take a few days to get resolved.

Our packages are stolen or just go missing with fetch. Really wish there was an option for on site package lockers with cameras to prevent theft.

I loved the tour and so far every step has been great. I’m going to try to get my friends to move here. The location is great but the set up of these homes is incredible and the amenities in person are stunning.

Love everything this community has to offer. Close to everything and the apartments are very spacious.

Great communication with the staff, they were very nice! They were also very quick to respond to emails and the whole process was very quick and simple.

Management is amazing! The office staff are always so helpful! I am loving the events and all the opportunities to meet my neighbors. The maintenance guys are so kind and so efficient! It’s very different from any apartment I’ve lived at, so I will definitely be renewing another year!

Love it here! The people are very friendly and gym is very spacious. The noise is very reasonable considering you're living on 6th and you can easily access all the lovely stores and entertainment areas of the local area.

I have called The Arnold home for a few years now, and I couldn’t be happier! The fitness center is amazing, and the complimentary classes are fun! You always meet someone new at the pool, or at the happy hours. I really enjoy the sense of community here!

Overall, I enjoy my time here at the Arnold. The staff is responsive and very helpful with any questions I have. They made the process easy and made the transition smoother.

I have lived here for 2 years and love it! There is some issues but every property does. Overall, it's been great! The leasing staff and maintenance are very kind and responsive!

Katy is SO helpful. She has made my moving process infinitely less stressful! The first day I walked in the leasing office, she and the other staff members made me feel completely at home. This is something I deeply value!

I have experienced an extreme lack of communication from office staff and have been ignored and treated unfairly. Monthly rent is high but average for Austin I believe but doesn’t include utilities Wi-Fi parking trash services package delivery services etc.

Great place to live! We love the amenities and the location. Maintenance is super quick and they’re all so kind. We just hit a year and we have no plans of leaving

Good location, great maintenance staff. Terrible security, constant stealing of packages, gym equipment constantly broken, and way too expensive for the amenities you get.

I love my space at The Arnold; it's cozy and spacious. The pool and community are amazing, creating a wonderful spot to unwind and meet friendly neighbors.

The community amenities and the convenient location are prime. But they thing that has kept me here the most is the management team-The Arnold office staff and maintenance staff are amazing!
